This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

We had should a good experience. One thing I will say is it would be nice if the entertainment in the evenings went on a bit longer as we would missed most of the show after having dinner.

Complimentary drinks, snacks, ice cream and cooling towels which were a pleasant surprise. Complimentary water, milk and coffee pods. The food was faultless. Private dining area for breakfast. Comfortable sun beds, unlimited pool towels, heated pool and private terrace.

Sun didn’t reach half of the pool until lunchtime. Room numbers would be useful pool side to avoid confusion. Had to wait 20 mins to check in as Butler was checking in other guests. This was not inconvenient as we were tired due to our flight being delayed. Bath robes attention to detail. One had a ripped pocket and on another a broken belt loop. Would have been useful to have a drying rack for swimwear.

great location and very quiet and private setting, excellent breakfast and some nice treats served throughout the day, the butler service was useful although they are like all hotels still recovering from the pandemic with some new staff learning the ropes.

the lunch menu didn't offer any lite snacks for the pool bar which was a shame, otherwise, everything was great

The property was different to most of the hotels that I have visited. Exceptionally different but was excellent

we had a lovely sea view and heard the ocean at night. The room was nice and big. Access to the boardwalk was easy and the pool area was lovely.

Many stairs and levels and great big facility, we couldn’t find the Grand Salome because we were unaware that it was located inside the other iberostar Hotel.

Most things, I did not like mandatory wearing of masks. I went to dine once having forgotten my mask, I was ordered back to my room to get one, (a long journey) instead of handing me one.

The only thing I could say is that the 'double' bed was 2 singles that kept moving apart 🙂
