I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a large selection of Japanese, Western, and even kid-friendly options, all served in a spacious dining area. The location was convenient, with shops nearby, though it's not exactly in the city center. My room was comfortable with three single beds, providing ample space for movement and storing luggage. While the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, it was still well-equipped with a bathtub and shower combo. There was a big spa with baths in the basement , which saw many native visitors as well as 6 washing/dryer combo units for a reasonable price.

The parking was a bit of a walk—about 3 minutes away and across two small junctions, located in a third-party open-air parking lot. Had to pay 1000yen per day for unlimited exits.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of Western foods. The ground floor cafe was also very nice. The location was great for us with a rental car.

We decided to have dinner at the hotel but even though we were early (6pm) with the restaurant virtually empty, we were told it was fully booked. Apparently, you need to book earlier in the day which we didn't know. We avoided the expensive kaiseki restaurant on the ground floor but returned to it after we couldn't find anything suitable in town. It turned out they also had smaller cheaper meals which ended up really nice and saved the day (we were hangry by then).

Amenies. Spacious rooms. Onsen. Front desk always manned. Coin laundry. Large breakfast buffet.Location near restaurants and train station.

Reserving the retaurants for banquets, which excluded guests staying at the hotel. This leaves hotel guests with very few choices of where to eat. This defeats the purpose of having restaurants in the hotel...which is supposed to be for the convenience of guests. Quite tiring at the end of a busy day to go to the restaurant for dinner, but be turnred away by staff members holding their forearms in an X pattern.

Nice staff (limited English but always willing to help) and comfy room. Good location, though you’ll probably want to take a cab to/from the station if you have luggage. Shower was good. Another hotel in front has a convenience store as well as a nice restaurant.

Feels dated generally. Bathroom was a bit of a safety hazard with a super-hot-water faucet knob that was rusty and easy to leave on by accident (burned my hand twice in it until I figured it out), and a step going into the toilet room.

The hotel is nicely located near Asahikawa train station with many food places around. Our room was big, warm and cosy with a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The bus to the famous Kamui Ski Links resort stops at the hotel as well. The hotel also offers an amazing spread of breakfast choices, including kids section and lots of ice cream and gelato. The stuff is helpful and friendly. I am happy to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Asahikawa.

Great location, close to station and walking street. Rooms were nice and clean.

I found breakfast registration via QR code kind of nonsence. It tells 19 min.waiting time, you go to restaurant and you get in in 1 minute. Many guests were a bit lost what they have to do when they go to restaurant due to QR registration, live line-up and a bit chaotic entrance procedures.

Spacious bathroom, very comfortable to take shower/bath after a long day out. Breakfast buffet was full of variety and good value when you book the room include breakfast. Love the ice dispenser machine, I love cold drink so I must carry the flash with ice in summer everyday. The size of the ice is big and it can last me the whole day.

We rented a 4WD car and it was too big to park in the hotel. We were directed to park in a few paid car park nearby. A little confused at first but ok after all.

Spacious foyer and despite the language barrier, the front desk staff such as Mr Wakabayashi were extremely helpful. He planned for my road trip to Biel and Furano with Map Codes. Should book breakfast with room cos the spread was varied, including ramen stand. Imagine having breakfast looking at the panoramic view of the city. Rooms size is alright and beddings were comfortable.

Good comfy rooms. A nice café at the first floor. We especially loved the breakfast menu with plenty of options suitable for vegetarian and Muslim friendly (no pork, no meat) options.

Car parking is not on site on the hotel premises but two blocks away, though not very far. So it's better to unload / load your baggage on the hotel drop off / pick up area.

Great location and good value and good room size. Breakfast is excellent with numerous choices of cuisine on the 15th floor. We stayed 12 nights to explore the mountain ranges for skiing. The central location meant we could access all the resorts by bus and train. Will book again for next year.
