Didn't get to eat breakfast - flight was very early. Location perfect for the airport. Reception and staff good. Ate in the restaurant. Ate from the menu (buffet didn't look great to me). Food was fine. Burger and chips (greasy pale in colour chips) but satisfied and wasn't expecting much more in an airport hotel.

The mirrors in the room are awful. Very hard to put on makeup. Up on tiptoes in the bathroom to lean into mirror over sink. Tried the only other alternative which was to duck into the wardrobe!!!! Maybe one of those small round mirrors you pull out on an extension arm would be a good addition.

It is very clean and beautiful. The check in was very nice and easy process. They helped me with my luggage and took me to my room. Very happy with my experience. It was nice to come earlier in the day and relax before my early check out since I had a morning flight.

Only thing I would add is they need to make it very clear about location . The airport is a bit big so it’s was little hard to find it. It’s on Apple Maps but not on Google maps just to mention. It’s near international flights and it’s on second level you need to get up elevator or escalator.

Amazing... we got off the plane 12:10am and were in the shower in our room by 12:30 including walking time and check-in! If we didn't have a redeye the next morning there is a really nice Shake Shack bar right outside the entrance in a kind of secluded part of the airport that would have been great for a nightcap. Can not beat this location if you have a layover and you might consider staying there for a few nights if youre going to remain close to the airport!

The location is great for when traveling and having an overnight flight. We also liked the service provided by Gabo (Gabriel) he was great in helping us with the luggage and showing us the room around (how the safe works, where the toiletries were, etc.,)

When we showered the water kept coming hot or cold. It needs to be regulated so that it doesn't change temperature as you are showering. My family and I showered and we all complained about it, it is not safe for children because at one point it will change to really hot.

The GDL airport is very modern, however, the road to get to it is not. Between extremely heavy traffic and road conditions, I would highly recommend you stay here the night before you fly out. Also, the standard of cleanliness and room condition was great. The hotel is directly inside the airport, 1m walk from check-in airline booths

You have to use your key card to access the elevators but hearing someone jiggling your room door is still jarring. But it might’ve been kids

The location is very comfortable. The hotel and rooms were very nice and staff was very friendly. Will recommend this to friends.

Breakfast choice would be nice to have available. I left hotel for a 6:00 am flight so didn’t have this available. Not a deal breaker just an observation.

I stayed here to accommodate my flight schedules and the convenience of being at the terminal was undeniable. The room was well furnished and spotless and the staff were very nice. The soundproofing is very good and I slept very well.

The convenience of the location comes at a price. This place is much more expensive than hotels of better quality in the city so if you're on a budget you might want to consider other options.

This is a new property! I had a room that looked out to the runway and I heard no noise outside from planes or inside from Hallways so slept like a baby! The rooms are nice and beds very comfortable! Loved out stay inside the airport terminal!

There is no breakfast room service, but does have service for dinner! Not a big deal I just like to get packed up and grab breakfast in my room! They do have a nice restaurant either way with breakfast !

Very clean and had very nice aesthetics. I love that the airport terminal and gates were downstairs for my flight the next morning. Everything was very accessible as well as their parking garage. The checking in and out process was a breeze. As someone who didn’t speak Spanish, I’m so glad they spoke English and I felt very comfortable. I would stay here again. I highly recommend.

I like that the hotel was inside the airport. We had an early flight so all we had to do was walk downstairs and we were already in the airport. The convenience was what we needed since we also traveled with a toddler.

I was a bit bummed out that they did not have a pool. However, I completely understand that they cannot have a pool because of the airplanes. Maybe an indoor small pool would be beneficial for travelers.
