We like the location of the grand and the amenities.

The shuttles don't go to most places,the prices are high in the market store and at the cabin . The laundry area doesn't have a detergent dispenser and some of the dryer were broken or not working right. I paid and the dryer just stop working, I forgot to advised the front desk it was dryer # 8.

The room was very comfortable, beds were excellent. The bathrooms were excellent. The kitchen facility was excellent. The view was superb. The service given for ski rental and equipment was great.

The pull out sofa in the living room was not so comfortable. That is really the only thing that was a bit of a minus.

Affordable summer rate...room had a beautiful view, huge jetted tub, balcony, and fireplace in the room. The hotel staff made a great effort to get us to check in a bit early. There was a great happy hour in the hotel restaurant with $5 wine , beer and appetizers .

More kids than I would have liked for a relaxing weekend but it was really nice that there was a separate hotel tub for adults only. The parking on site was an extra $20

Everything about the Steamboat Grand is exceptional. Highly recommend it for anyone staying in Steamboat Springs.

A clogged kitchen sink should have been caught before I got there. However, the Grand fixed it right away and recleaned the whole room. No complaints.

Location was perfect-right at the ski resort. The outdoor heated pool and spa area was the absolute best, my friends were so appreciative when we all checked in. Just walked across from our rooms over to the spa, can’t beat that.

My balcony door was kept locked, I’m sure it was for some sort of seasonal maintenance, but I had this amazing view with a balcony and couldn’t open the door.

the property is nice. It was my second time at the Grand. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.

The room was a little beat up. One of the dinning table legs was obviously damaged as well as some other minor cosmetic damage. The room was not cleaned very well, I found a few previous spills that had been missed.

Location. Very accommodating staff. Gym superb. Wonderful shuttle service on request.

Pool etiquette poorly enforced. Hordes of unsupervised children but no lifeguards or staff visible. Slightly surprised only one proper room clean for a week.

Location and the staff was amazing.

The cabin restaurant. The food was ok but not for the price. I feel they could have done way better. But the decor was good as the drinks are good also.

The view from our room was great....the facilities were very lovely. We liked the workout room and the sauna.

I didn't see that the pool would be closed for cleaning until I got there. Bummer, as the weather was so great, but they had already booked it. I didn't know that there was a $15 a day charge for parking.

Location to the mountain; the free shuttle to downtown; the free ski storage; the hot tub and outdoor pool; the bar/restaurant right on property; super friendly staff
