The staff were so kind and helpful, we had a great time with the hotel as our home base while we did some hiking nearby. There is easy access to Andorra la Vella by car and it was a good midway point for many of the major hiking routes. We loved the view and got some snow during our stay as well, which was beautiful.

Only word of caution: the pillows were a bit flat, but otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable. Fantastic stay.

The view through our balcony was breathtaking. And the old man who had served our breakfast was really polite and friendly. Thank you for him. Rooms are really clean, no dirty areas.

We booked double room, but we got a twin. There was two connected bed with a gap between. Also, really bad interior design - old and out of the date. Need to be refreshed. Because the hotel is friendly to pets - dogs were barking loudly. But the worst thing- noise. Everything can be heard though the rooms walls.

The location is very beautiful and the staff is very nice. Only one minus - breakfasts. They are always the same :( There was no any difference in it during 2 weeks.

Breakfasts, wi-fi, and the teapot weren't always available. Sometimes, we needed to wait an additional time for breakfast, because the staff has forgot about us.

Not difficult to find. The elderly gentleman who greeted us and is probably the owner spoke French so we could communicate. Very nice breakfast, better if you reserve ahead of time.

It might be complicated for someone who spoke only English. There was no indication of activities in the area, we had to look on the internet. This proved to be true everywhere we stayed.

We enjoyed our balcony with its mountain view. The breakfast was generous with a good selection and extra coffee was offered. We were there for 3 nights and the location was perfect for our walks.

No luxury of course but very clean and comfortable, balcony with a view and free parking

The 360 view from the hotel is breath taking! from all angles you can see everything,so peaceful and relaxing. The hotel has the best TV channels infact all!The most amazing internet connection,didnt drop out once really fast to connect.Many 5 star hotels dont have the same connection at all.Definatley will be returning again !! Hotel has everything you need for a fantastic stay,location is great very close to everything.Restaurants and shops very close too!

Very friendly welcome, as always- despite a very late arrival this time. Spotless room and bathroom, very decent breakfast, comfortable bed, good wifi. Very good location, easy to get to La Massana and into Andorra town.
