Perfect location, super comfortable rooms, the spa is fantastic , the breakfast area a paradise, the Michelin star a piece of heaven the staff fantastically trained. The beds perfect to have a great sleep.

We love to travel, and Berlin is one of our favorite destinations. If you are wondering where to stay in Berlin, which hotel has a perfect location, transportation in the immediate vicinity, possibility of underground parking with elevator to the hotel, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms? The answer is without hesitation The Mandala Berlin! Why? The hotel is located in Potzdamer Platz, in the heart of Berlin. Facil restaurant with two Michelin stars and QIU - restaurant and cocktail bar, in the hotel. Exceptional staff, especially kind and attentive, are always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast should be described in a separate chapter, because it offers you some excellent products in a pleasant setting and impeccable service, fantastically trained staff. The Mandala Hotel is our sincere recommendation and, in our opinion, the best hotel in Berlin! 😊

I think we had what is probably the best room in the hotel - consume the review with that in mind! We stayed for five nights. Stunning suite - everything ultra new and clean. Michelin two star restaurant in the hotel but we preferred the bar Qiu. Lovely staff and a very helpful bartender recommending things to do in both Berlin and Hamburg - our next destination. All towels, sheets etc. changed every day. Turndown service at night. Welcome platter and daily refresh of strawberries and chocolates. The location at Potsdamer Platz is right in the centre of Berlin with easy access to both S and U-bahn. Taxis right outside if you prefer. One of the best hotels we've stayed in - and we've been to a few ....

This is an excellent hotel. My room was spacious, filled with light, carefully and tastefully designed, and with excellent temperature control. The breakfast was ample and good and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were equally helpful. I didn't use the spa and the hotel's highly regarded restaurant was closed for vacation during the time I was there. But I'm sure they are of comparable very high quality. The location is central and nicely positioned for use of public transport to other parts of the city. I will definitely return on my next trip to Berlin. It was a pleasure to return to at the end of the day.

Location is excellent. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was good although there could have been more fruit, and printed menu would have been better. Laundry facilities a real bonus.

Difficult to control temperature in room. We had to call down to reception twice during the night to have the heat turned down. The duvet was smaller than the mattress which was very annoying. There are no "grip" bars on the tub which made it very slippery and quite dangerous. Would have preferred a printed menu for breakfast. It was difficult to order eggs and accompaniments verbally. There was a very poor map of the city. Very slow service in Qui the night we arrived.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel adjacent to Potsdamer Platz. Very accommodating staff, exceptional breakfast in a beautiful setting.

The only negative was on our final morning prior to departure. We had an early pickup for the airport, prior to breakfast hours. The hotel staff arranged to have a care package for my wife and I which was much appreciated. The only negative was that we asked for vegetarian and the sandwiches provided contained meat and cheese. The staff were very apologetic but it was too late to remedy this. Overall, this was the only negative and I would highly recommend the Mandala.

The Mandala hotel excided our expectations. Our room (management suite) was very spacious, and included a closet room and a balcony, both very usefull. The location was perfect, in a walking distance from Potsdamer Platz , the Philharmonic hall, the Mall of Berlin , the Cultur Forum with beautiful museums ,and many more attractions. Breakfast was the best we ever had, with a great variety of foods, especially great pastries. We were wating every mornig to enjoy it. The staff was always willing to help, very friendly and kind. All in all it is a wonderfull hotel, and we will surely return.

I love how central the hotel is, besides that, the hotel and the hotelroom are very nice, more than enough space, plenty of comfort. Even though the hotel is quite expensive, they don't try to over charge you for using the mini-bar for example, very respectable hotel.

The very first day the heat was cranked up to the max in the hotel room and there isn't like a central point to regulate the heat. In the end we manually adjusted the heat of the radiators, which made it much nicer. One small thing, was the smell of weed in the hallway towards our room, we do know that the hotel used an air purifier in the hallway to get rid of it, since they clearly noticed that themselves too, which seem to help for sure.
