Price is affordable. Each room was spacious, perfect for family. The hotel also has free Wi-Fi and a mini cafe at the ground floor, selling snacks and food at an affordable price. Cars are also easy to park. One of the best hotel I've went so far.

Room was not properly cleaned. I booked a joint room and when I opened the connecting door, I saw many dusts trapped in between the two doors. Also, later at that night (at about 2 a.m), we were shocked with a cockroach crawling on the wall. Fortunately, one of us able to catch it and flushed it in the toilet. Hopefully the hotel could improve on the cleanliness.

The building looks relatively modern. It has decent size swimming pools and dining area for breakfast buffet. The deluxe room is spacious, a lot bigger than I imagined, can definitely fit another bed which can be asked for. It's comfortable enough for a family to stay in. The water pressure is so good. The breakfast buffet had decent options, got nasi lemak, fried mee, aglio olio, even got egg and roti canai station, toast station, cereals, salad and fruits. Quite a spread considering the price i paid for a night here that was quite cheap, compare to most hotels that would charge over rm200 per night for the same room here. Amazing service from the friendly and warm staffs.

The deco and the flooring seems a bit old. Might need a little touch up. The water tap in the toilet makes noise a bit. The lighting was a bit too "romantic" for me haha I need brighter lighting. No wifi though.

This is my second time staying at this wonderful place, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip to sungai petani. The receptionist and manager is friendly and excellent, making the experience even better.

Usually I stay here well...but the latest time I got a less than satisfactory room. (Bathroom)

Location was great - very near the city centre. Staff was very accommodative and responded fast. We booked interconnected rooms and both rooms were clean and spacious.

Breakfast buffet spread was a bit limited in choice.

We checked in late around 10pm. Despite one flaw of not getting towels immediately after we checked in, we enjoyed our stay.

Housekeeping needs improvement - as we entered the room, we found out towels were not provided. We requested them twice via call and my son had to go down and asked at the counter. The staff responded it might take an hour. Eventually we got our towels in the morning after 9 hours we checked in.

Location wise is good.

The round bar soap! Nowadays hotels use shower gel for guests. Please change to sbower gel instead in future.

The room (family suite) was huge and spacious, and it was clean.

The free breakfast was scheduled at 7 am, but it was only ready after 7 am. Maybe because it was Aidilfitri period, so they might be understaffed at that time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I am a blind person. I request to serve the breakfast directly to the room and they can manage it due to my condition.

For the price that I paid, I shouldn't be complaining. I just love the location as it really served my purpose. Best of all near to the big mosque in Sg Petani.
