Great room with nice facilities, very clean, rich breakfast, top location. Though, keep in mind that the bathrooms do not have an actual door, but a curtain (it might be tricky for some). On a second level as importance: you need to find parking place in one of the garages the hotel recommends; not that far away, at 5-10 minutes.

Maybe the personnel that supervises the breakfast needs to address more clearly to their guests, sometimes you can be sleepy in the morning and you don't realise that someone speaks with you. :) This is not an actual negative aspects, it's just a small comment. Other than this, I surely appreciate being polite over everything else - and this hotel's personnel is actually very polite.

We stayed for 2 nights in a double standard room, and it was a very good stay. The room was quite spacious with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was perfectly clean with a roomy shower space. The breakfast was not offering a great variety, but everything was fresh and tasty, which is a prerequisite for me. Finally, the staff were really helpful, friendly and polite. Overall, a great value for money in a perfect location downtown.

No parking space is available in the hotel facilities. You need to park your car in nearby private car parks, which require some walking, so, in case you need to move your car within the day to visit regional sights it could be troublesome.

You get big rooms on a small local park.. A lovely breakfast area, that is stocked to the limits, every morning (from 7-10am). From custom order American eggs dishes to pumpkin bread, prosciutto and fresh vegetables and fruit, Crepes and jam. So many goodies. Even filtered coffee, and of course a commercial espresso machine. Nice enough beds and most amenities. There is a washer and dryer in the cellar. The clientele is European and American.

The front desk almost never has staff. There is no coffee machine in the rooms. The AC unit may be a bit underpowered for some very hot days. The sun hits these rooms hard in the summer months. You are not in the romantic old town, but this location is extremely central. Is this really a four star?

Very good position, minutes away from the old town and other landmarks. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, too! The room we booked was a small apartment and had pretty much everything needed to rest, plan out our trip around Ljubljana, store and make tea/coffee as well as microwave some food. For breakfast there was a wide selection of food, including some typical dishes like burek, and the staff could prepare some extras on demand like scrambled eggs. I'll definitely consider staying at this property again on my next trip to Slovenia!

Sadly, since the hotel is in the city centre, parking slots are limited and we had no choice but to leave our car at another private parking area. I suppose this is a matter of luck. There is one elevator and it isn't very spacious: it can fit around two people carrying luggage. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's worth keeping in mind.

A superb hotel located in a great part of town. They exceeded expectation right at the start by having a couple of bottles of Prosecco in the room! That costs them nothing but gets you in the right frame of mind from the start. The staff are absolutely superb and can't do enough to help you. Tea and coffee available all day- again something that really costs them nothing but exceeds the standard expectation. The rooms are spacious and quiet and really clean. Breakfast is plentiful and presents a good range......best of all is that hot breakfast is cooked to order so no warmed up slop left laying around. Well done Urban Boutique!

The pillows in the bed could be better.....in two weeks touring Slovenia we didn't find a fully satisfactory pillow anywhere.....perhaps it's a Slovenian thing!!!

Very close to the bus/train station and the old town (7-10 min walk). Breakfast is very fresh and good quality. When you arrive to the hotel before the checkin time, they serve you some bakery and coffee while you are waiting in the lobby. The satff is very young, kind and professional. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. We stayed in the hotel for two different days in two different rooms in Slovenia holiday, and the both staying experience were excellent; that means their service quality is consistant. I strongly recommend.

We did not have any bad experience. If the hotel had an agreement with the parking spaces for discount, it would be great for visitors traveling by car.

The breakfast was a standout here - fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries, cheeses, yogurt/granola/dried fruits, rolls/toast, fresh smoothies and juices, with both filter coffee and an espresso machine as well as eggs cooked to order. We felt lucky to be able to eat here for multiple days! The room was nice and sizable for two people, with a fridge, little kitchenette area (with microwave) and a good sized bathroom with rain shower. Staff was kind and helped us with the laundry facilities.

Unfortunately, the wifi in our room was unreliable (perhaps due to the location as the corner room?) - no problem in the lobby/breakfast area but it made it hard to plan parts of the vacation as we were unable to access it in the room. Additionally, our room had many little flies (especially on the first day). We weren't sure if the window had been left open prior to check-in because there didn't appear to be new ones during the stay, but we had to get rid of quite a few in the beginning!

Accommodating, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast area and excellent healthy, offerings at breakfast, especially freshly cooked eggs. Coffee machine produced lovely coffee and great that it was available all day...loved the cookie jar too. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean; fresh towels provided whenever needed. Liked the kitchenette area and fridge. Location of hotel was excellent, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lift was very small and quite often slow to arrive but wasn't really a problem and unavoidable due to nature of the building.

Urban Boutique Hotel Center gives you excellent value for your money. It is located right in the city center on the other side of Slovenska Street. The hotel is clean and the staff is polite. What is great is that the rooms are large, so you have enough space to spread out and relax. There is a nice quiet park which the rooms overlook. The hotel isn't staffed after midnight, so keep that in mind. Generally a great stay if you want to be there for a few nights.

Not much to not like for that price. The heating was a bit weird, it kept blowing cold air initially. So it took a while to heat up the room. Perhaps we had the controls wrong. Overall, not much to complain about.

Really nice hotel. Great location - close to train station and old town. Really friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms with A/C. Great breakfast. I left something behind which they found and made it easy for me to pick up. They have tea and coffee available all the time. They’re also very happy to look after bags. Very nice stay - would go back!

Even better if they had real coffee (rather than from a machine).
