Great location, few minutes walk to shops and beach. Went in August school holidays but could still find free parking on road nearby. Room had everyhing we needed for our stay. Room was spotlessly clean and room service every morning. Big bonus to have a small fridge, provided with tea/coffee making and 3 bottles of water. Great be provided with some toiletries and soap(shampoo/body wash in a despenser) Really enjoyed stay and was very happy staying at The Elmfield

Friendly owners very polite and welcoming. Immaculately clean comfortable beds and a excellent tea coffee and biscuits tray, complimentary water . Very close too the beach, shops and amusements. I even left my mobility scooter at the property and Chris phoned me to let me know and has kindly sent it out in the post for me Would highly recommend The Elmfield

The man who greeted us to begin with didn’t seem very happy with my jolly husband it was only 4.30 pm and he asked him had he been drinking? He wasn’t rowdy or loud. So I’d say it’s quite a strict place which isn’t a bad thing as you obviously don’t want noise and people disturbing guests but no need for being judgemental we were no trouble at all and really enjoyed are stay. The room above ours had very noisy people walking about early could hear every move they made, would still stay again as these are things u expect in a small b n b / guest house. Nothing major wrong at all place is lovely

They had a lot of stuff to recommend for your stay in yarmouth with activities The rooms are lovely and they offered room service. It's near the beach and close to britannia pier so it's a perfect location.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of kitchen or any food making facilities, however I know what I booked and this can be easily remedied by checking what is included in your booking

Great location, hotel owner was so friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. Loved that a kettle was provided and the big windows that let in lots of light (with blinds to sleep) are great. The room is really cute and great value for money. Can highly recommend.

The shower/ toilet layout is a little odd - the toilet is in what almost seems to be a closet with foldable doors and the shower is next to the entrance in the same room as the bed. But to be honest that‘s just the nature of such a bed and breakfast and I didn’t mind at all. Maybe not ideal for a couple as you‘ll be in bed with potentially your partner on the toilet next to you with only foldable closet doors between but as solo traveler it was a wonderful room and very spacious.

The room(even the hallway) was very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, smart tv(so you can watch on Netflix and/or YouTube), wardrobe, mini fridge, hairdryer, kettle and more... It's situated for about 3 min to reach the beach and 5 min to the town centre 😀

The weather 😅... Didn't catch the best weather, but this is the UK 😎

The location was really lovely we have stayed before ,the room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. We had an amazing time. Sad to go home

Was not the owners of the guest house as they were amazing and great to make sure we had are rooms , but booking.com had double booked are room so we could of potentially not had are rooms and travels 3 hours but the staff were amazing at making sure we had are stay and lovely stay

Right level of interaction with the hosts. They were an available when needed and respect of your space. Room was clean and had en-suit. And issues were resolved efficiently.

Very limited parking-room for 2 vehicles-however the road was free parking if there was room. Should have requested a room lower down in the property (that was my oversight not the owners) as mobility issues played a factor in getting to the top of the building.

The greating to arrive to was lovly and warm welcoming told us were are room was and made us feel at home the minite we walk though the door. Told is about the area and and asked us how are jouney went owner Was a true gentleman. We stayed in room 8 Which was lovely and clean throughout the bed was comfortable TV with netflix and all the normal Channels Room Even had Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in yarmouth The best of all Was the Value for money. I would definitely be staying again Without doubt. 1st class Bed and breakfast Guess house.

To be honest There was nothing I did not like A part from the shower is a bit tricky to get used to.

The beds were very comfy and very clean. The owners saw we brought a bottle of wine with us, so left some wine glasses. It's the little touches like that. Very knowledgeable. Free parking all around

It does say beach front, on the beach on booking.com but its a very short walk...one street away... But its still a walk carrying beach stuff etc. Beach is very close though and I don't think any of the properties can say beach front really.
