This is a great value and very central hotel for a night...... Excellent service and friendly staff, it's a very central location is perfect for the station, shopping, bars and other amenities, parking on site also a bonus in the town centre, but its limited.

Let's be honest it's right in the middle of an industrial town sandwiched between 2 roads and a railway..... don't expect too much, it's clean, modern, has a nice bar area and is great value and central..... does what it says on the tin, but it's in Luton so keep expectations low and you'll be happy!

It was the first time I booked a room here and it was accidental. I was a little bit anxious but turned out to be a nice, cosy, and welcoming place. The booking and checking in process was easy and quick, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room, a bit smaller than I expected but absolutely functional and very clean.

Honestly, I was not very impressed with the location (Luton) but the hotel is literally 5 minutes walk from the train station and that is extremely practical. I may not be very interested in the specific area, but if I will have the chance of finding other Sadie hotels, I would definitely book and/recommend it. 👍🏽

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for wandering around Luton. The food in the restaurant was really tasty with very fast service. Good selections of tea and coffee but couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine.

The mirror light in the bathroom wasn't very easy to work out. I think it was powered by an underfloor switch which wasn't working very effectively. i.e. it turned on and off a randomly.

The breakfast we superb. Freshly cooked to order and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were spotless and beds/pillows really comfortable. Car parking was a great bonus and really easy and secure.

A big disturbance and inconsiderate guests next door - all night talking and laughing. Our door bell was rung at 5am. Finally after 2 attempts they were asked to leave by security. It really upset our sleep.

Although the hotel did not have exceptional views, the hotel was modern, clean and had a great central location. The room was nice but small.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and after traveling for 18 hours, it was difficult to relax. There was a lot of noise Saturday night from outside.

we were unaware that a £100 deposit per room was to be taken by card until 48 hours before our stay when i received an email. having to pay this on a card when checking in. what was really annoying it took me 6 days to get this money returned and only after i had made 3 phone calls and 2 text of complaint about this. i had paid £200 deposit for 2 rooms and in my opinion this is an unacceptable timeframe to return funds particularly as they were not detailed on the booking.com mobile app when i made this booking. if they wee they must have been well hidden. It is unbelieveable in this day and age that they can take your money to book the rooms in 6 seconds but take 6 days to return holding funds for which teh hotel tried to blame my bank.

Newness. Well maintained . Payable, but very secure parking. Clean room. All amenities I needed Good aircon and wifi.

Location noise until after 10pm.

Location is absolutely a plus right next to the train station, a 2min walk and that's it. Also a lot of shops around to get everything you need, even at late hours. Entertainment in the neighbourhood is also something i didn't expect to be there as much as there was so actually a nice surprise to have. Housekeeping was also top notch, making sure everything was replenished and clean again. Very good climate control as well with a combined heating/aircon vent able to adjust with a touchpad on the wall. something that noticed me is that i think they did a lot of renovations recently since it was all very modern.

Not much space for parking, luckily i went in the off season because with all rooms booked in high season i can't imagine they would ever have enough spaces for everyone, and in the direct neighbourhood it isn't easy to find any free parking. Also it is located at a busy road, so every now and then a sports car passes by with a loud engine/exhaust which you hear even on the top floor. Not something i personally thought was a bad thing but still to keep in mind is that the pictures on their site must be for a suite since my room was maybe half of that, not to mention the bathroom being a lot smaller but still comfortable and not at all too small, but still a bit disappointing when you've seen the pictures and then open the bathroom door.

The location was fab. Decorated really nicely and looked fresh. Staff were fab especially Irene. Great price too.

Had trouble getting in and out of the car park. Have to put your arm through to press the button and gate opens fast which hit my partner in the face.
