The Room was Nice ! The TV was Wide and the Bed was very Comfortable !

Did not like that the Hotel parking is not free. They charge you 8 dollars a night. I've never stayed at a Hotel where they charge you for Parking.

Lots to like about this place! You can tell they put a lot of effort into having a very clean comfortable stay. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee in room. Breakfast was just right, small but with really nice options to kick off a long travel day. Easy to get to/from the airport at all times of day. Beautiful San Fransisco Bay trail access across the road for a scenic break; Costco if want a lotta food, McDonalds if you want a little.

Be aware there is No airport shuttle BUT it’s so close, with easy access by Samtrans 292 bus route ($2.25) or longer walk from long term airport parking. Some times of day this is MORE convenient than comparable hotels with shuttles (I’ve seen other nearby hotels run shared hourly shuttles fill up and leave people behind).

location was difficult for walking distance to anything outside of a poorly run IHOP and a well run McDonalds. Rest of the district was about as expected for a hotel next to the airport.

Spotlessly clean, quiet, well maintained hotel! Had an amazing stay at Nova. Beds are comfy, heard zero noise from the streets or planes or from within hotel. Slept like a baby on the comfy bed and clean linens. Breakfast was impressive as well. It's the typical sugary american motel breakfast, but the quality and cleanliness were top notch. Some whole food options like eggs and fruit are available. Coffee is not bad. They also have a vending machine with very healthy, high quality food (sandwiches, salads) available round the clock. Rooms are well equipped with even a fridge and microwave!

Good price, except that they wanted nearly 50% more to check in early. Their check in is very late (3pm). Comfy bed and clean room. Big TV! No shuttle but the receptionist told me we could take the airport train to long term parking and walk 2.5 blocks to the hotel instead of taking a cab, which was really helpful.

Check in is very late (3pm) and early check in fee was $44. Seems unreasonable. TV in the breakfast room was set to Fox News, and the Epoch Times was available in the lobby - if I'd known the place was owned by right wing nutjobs, I would have booked elsewhere.

The fellow who greeted us was a fairy godmother/father in disguise. We had just suffered a dreadful few days in a camper van that was simply dangerous and unfit for purpose. we were due to drive to Seattle but had to leave it in San Francisco as it was a death trap. He really cheered us all up with what could be described as hospitality at its very best. I don't suppose he will ever realise how he brightened what was a very dark few days for us. So Friend...thank you so much for your kindness to "your British Family" Thank you !

The room was a good size. I appreciated light-blocking curtains, strong wifi, plenty of bedside outlets, complete quiet at night, and the fact that there was an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great. The breakfast was completely adequate. It was a slightly old-fashioned hotel which meant nice easy light switches by the door and bed, not banks of switches which have to be figured out; nothing luxurious or glamorous, but good comfort. It was a nice place to spend a night before catching a flight. The staff were kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

Clean, comfy and nice staff. Included nice breakfast in the morning. Good for being next to SFO Airport, even though they didn’t have a shuttle I just called Uber it was there pretty quick and not expensive. It’s like half a block to Costco if you wanted to check it out for some reason. I think I used the ATM there. One day I took bus and BART to Golden Gate Park. Nice seeing neighborhoods.

Free Airport Shuttle would have been nice but Uber guy was nice. I gave him a muffin from the breakfast ;-)

Location was pretty good it is next to one of a highway that can take you to Chase Center and the Pier 39

Breakfast could be better. All they offer is hard boiled eggs, coffee, half-muffin, and waffle maker.

The rooms are well equipped and well laid out. Great value for the money.

I do not like how the bathroom door automatically shuts - there is no way to keep it open unless you actually put something there to keep the door propped open. One of the bath towels was rough like sandpaper. I do not understand the packets containing only one creamer and one sugar as most people take two creamers and two sugars if they do not drink it black.
