location was difficult for walking distance to anything outside of a poorly run IHOP and a well run McDonalds. Rest of the district was about as expected for a hotel next to the airport.

Spotlessly clean, quiet, well maintained hotel! Had an amazing stay at Nova. Beds are comfy, heard zero noise from the streets or planes or from within hotel. Slept like a baby on the comfy bed and clean linens. Breakfast was impressive as well. It's the typical sugary american motel breakfast, but the quality and cleanliness were top notch. Some whole food options like eggs and fruit are available. Coffee is not bad. They also have a vending machine with very healthy, high quality food (sandwiches, salads) available round the clock. Rooms are well equipped with even a fridge and microwave!

Location was pretty good it is next to one of a highway that can take you to Chase Center and the Pier 39

Breakfast could be better. All they offer is hard boiled eggs, coffee, half-muffin, and waffle maker.

The room was a good size. I appreciated light-blocking curtains, strong wifi, plenty of bedside outlets, complete quiet at night, and the fact that there was an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great. The breakfast was completely adequate. It was a slightly old-fashioned hotel which meant nice easy light switches by the door and bed, not banks of switches which have to be figured out; nothing luxurious or glamorous, but good comfort. It was a nice place to spend a night before catching a flight. The staff were kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

The rooms are well equipped and well laid out. Great value for the money.

I do not like how the bathroom door automatically shuts - there is no way to keep it open unless you actually put something there to keep the door propped open. One of the bath towels was rough like sandpaper. I do not understand the packets containing only one creamer and one sugar as most people take two creamers and two sugars if they do not drink it black.

We picked this hotel because we had an early morning flight at SFO. Great location if you want to be close to the airport. We'd checked reviews before booking to make sure there wasn't much airplane noise and we really couldn't hear anything. Room was very big and great value for price. We needed a crib for our toddler and the crib they gave us had a few toys inside, it was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly. For us, it was fine for staying one night.

The room furnishings and bathroom felt dated but overall functional.

The breakfast options were quite satisfying, providing a good start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location, just a 20-minute walk from the airport, made travel logistics quite manageable. The rooms were not only clean and cozy but also well-maintained, and the staff's offer of daily cleaning services added to the overall comfort of the stay. I found the combination of these factors contributed positively to my experience at the hotel

Janmesh was fantastic! We have done a lot of traveling and I would say his customer service was the best we have ever experienced. Simi was very helpful as well! San Fransisco can be a bit overwhelming, and he helped us with our travel in so many different aspects, recommending restaurants, places to visit, modes of transportation, how to use an EV vehicle, personal safety, and the list goes on. He was not only helpful to us, but I saw that same quality of service provided to most everyone that stayed there. He and his staff worked hard to make people feel comfortable and supported! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The only improvements that I personally would mention, I would have liked a treadmill in the exercise area and a few more breakfast items for vegetarian's, maybe additional fruits and bagels. But both of these issues were not overly important. The customer service was so impressive, I would not hesitate to stay there again. They are pretty impressive.!

For an overnight layover, can't beat this hotel. Checked in at 3am: everything was smooth, professional, friendly, and easy. Sunam (the night concierge) was fantastic. Room was clean. Exactly what you want when faced with a difficult layover--you want to get in, get to sleep, and have an easy trip back to the airport, and this place met and exceeded every expectation in that regard. Highly recommend pulling the trigger if you're in a similar situation. FYI there's no shuttle but there is a bus stop within view of the hotel for the Samtrans public busses serving the airport and also plenty of Lyfts/Ubers even late at night/early morning.

I really enjoyed the smoking section and I liked that the parking lot which was free by the way and the area itself felt very safe. The front staff at the reception area and the lady in charge of the breakfast were GREAT. Super friendly and make you feel right at home. I enjoyed that the gentleman took his time to talk to us and recommend really great “what to do” and “what not to do.” Breakfast was good and they have a vending machine available with drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay again. The rooms are spacious !

Our remote control for the tv had some buttons that didn’t work:( I opened up the guide to see what to watch and it got stuck on that menu and we couldn’t watch tv unfortunately.
