I don't even know where to start. The breakfast was really good, simple and regular but very complete and tasty. The room was spacious enough, super clean, we had a nice balcony to the back of the property and the swimming pool and garden are extremely relaxing. There are shadows, sunbeds, the area is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The pool is not big but nice to chill and refresh inside, we were allowed to bring the breakfast outside as well. The location is perfect in a way that the closest beach in around 30-40 minutes walking, there are shops and cafes/restaurants around a 5 min walking away, and still the best of this place is the staff. The staff was SIMPLY AMAZING, extremely friendly and super helpful. They helped with renting a scooter for our overall stay, always available for anything needed, and in the last day we needed to leave before the breakfast time due to our flight and they even prepared us some food to bring with us. I have no words to describe how that made us feel, really. One more thing - the location is perfect as it is very easy to reach by bus from Olbia Airport.

Even though this is property is a total 10 even if you think of working remotely, the internet provided might not be enough. The connection is good for regular use but for intensive usage it might be unstable/unreliable - my suggestion is to ask the staff prior to the stay to provide a room with stronger connection if this is the purpose of the stay.

Quiet place, spacious rooms, great bathroom facilities, breakfast was more than enough, rooms are cleaned every day, friendliest of staff, close to 3 good beachs and provide sunbeds + umbrellas add an additional cost (cheapest offer in North Sardinia) at the Porto Istana beach which overlooks the beautilful Isola Tavolara island.

New to Sardinia but I think the beach beds and umbrellas could be discounted a bit more for guests.

We stayed for one night in this hotel having had a late night flight arriving at Olbia airport - it was very convenient to the airport and perfect as a starting base for our tour of the island. On arrival, the hotel staff were able to advise of a local pizzeria which opened late and the breakfast the next morning was superb. The pool area is quite small but beautiful and very clean.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Both the room itself and the bathroom were big and comfortable, and the room had a nice rustic feeling. The area around the pool for lougning and swimming was very pleasant and clean.

I found the beds and pillows just a little bit hard. But I guess that can be down to personal taste.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We particularly liked the friendly personnel, breakfast, cleaning service (it was very clean!), location, the room itself was comfortable.

Loud music in the evening at the pool (didn't make sense why it was always playing since no one was ever at the pool in the evening), extra costs for hotel guests for sunloungers at the private beach (at least, the rate could be lower than for non-guests), price for a room is a bit too high (for a 3-star-hotel).

Everything was good! We only stayed one night because we had an early flight but I would stay longer if I went back. The room is clean and spacious, the swimming cool is small but great and the breakfast had loads of options. I didn't use the private beach but that's also a plus.

Not much. I was disappointed that the light in the balcony didn't work at night but that can happen.

Staff was lovely and very helpful and kind. THe room was so clean. THe property has a lovely feel and flow. Breakfast was very nice and lots of great options. Great location and was able to walk to the main road to get groceries, have dinner or a gelato.

Very nice hotel the staff are absolutely lovely always there to help also their cleaners are very good always say hello always smiling do a good job in the rooms very clean the whole hotel itself is very clean nice hotel well worth the money.
