Location is the star attraction! Great base for walking in the area. We were kindly given a room looking over the valley and beautiful scenery, thank you! Minibar with great selection of complimentary drinks, wonderful. And the breakfast was extensive and very good. Loved staying here.

Loved every minute. The parking is a bit of a faff, bit I knew it would be and you just need to be prepared. Plus crowds on the weekend....not the fault of the hotel clearly.

It is a wonderful hotel in an exceptional location. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice and friendly. The sauna, for EUR20, was okay; it looked new and clean. If you're traveling by car, make sure you drive past the public parking to the hotel parking (it is 100m more towards the hotel). Then, it will be EUR7 instead of EUR12 to park the car.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent. The fantastic location, great breakfast, stunning views in both room and restaurants (Panorama and hotel), and friendly staff made it a memorable experience.

The location is Fabioules, but it so tough to reach from Kurort Rathen. Its easir to reach by bus from Pirna. (I drove there by train and it was hard to take my suitcase with me to the hotel from Kurort Rathen. )

Location location location! Clean and neat.

No coffee / tea facilities in the rooms, main bar closed on Sundays. Queen bed was 2 single beds together, moved apart during sleep, suggest using a large cover / sheet when using it as a queen bed

The location is incredible, very close to the Bastei Bridge! The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Very good quality and with a nice variety of food options.

Stunning location and the staff were so helpful and informative. The room was clean, spacious and had mostly everything we needed (apart from a kettle!). The staff very kindly provided a hot flask with mugs on request though and did advise they were working on providing tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms soon. I was also worried about breakfast being a vegan but there was fruit, muesli and bread/rolls with spreads.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room, also please provide at least one non dairy milk option for breakfast.

Perfect Location for visiting the Bastei Bridge. Nice balcony outside room. Very comfortable. Reception made reservations for Restaurant across the way. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Bath was a little short but this was easily remedied by using hand shower in the bath.

The hotel is located directly at the Basteibrücke and lends itself as a starting point for various hikes around the Elbsandsteingebirge. It's also a short drive from other nature monuments such as the Schrammsteine as well as the city of Dresden. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, the view from the breakfast room as well as the 'Bergblick' rooms is spectacular.

The beds are quite narrow and the pillows could be more plush. The shower doesn't have a full door which occasionally leads to wet floors in the bathroom.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions about what to see and provided directions. Breakfast was outstanding.
