Everything was amazing! From the fact that our room was extremely clean to the amazing breakfast. This is the only hotel you should consider for your trip to Stavanger! The staff was very friendly and always ready to give recommendations or answer any of your questions. Finally, the location is ideal, very close to everything!

Breakfast was the best. Room was very comfortable.

Toilet in the room was a little bit small but ok.

Location was excellent. Close to everything in the town centre and the bus station. Breakfast was excellent for a city hotel. Free tea and coffee in the lobby area was very nice. Good shower in the room and good room size for a superior double. Opening windows in the room was useful for ventilation and the air conditioning worked well at night.

Really unpleasant odour on the 5th floor corridor especially at the far end close to our room. Not sure what it was but it was persistent. No odour inside our room though. Bed in the room was worn out. It had been repaired from what I believe was a broken frame. First time ever we were trapped in the lift on the way down to check out, stuck between floors as the lift juddered to a halt. Luckily the lift alarm worked and the engineer and front desk staff helped free us in under half an hour. Quite an exciting morning!

I liked almost everything at this hotel. The staff were really kind and helpful, 5 stars for the staff! The hotel had a great lounge with complimentary tea/coffee/water which was a great space to relax a bit and enjoy reading a book. The breakfast was really amazing with lots of options. Finally the location was simply superb!

I think the only thing that put me off a bit was realising my room, although on the 3rd floor, was actually at street level next to a road and boardwalk for people. But I also have to admit that actually most of the noise that bothered was from the hotel corridor with people coming and leaving from rooms talking a bit loud. I also kind of wished to have a restaurant or bar at the hotel that wouldn't force me to go out searching for place to eat when I was too tired. It only had a little fridge near the reception with some snacks that you could purchase but wasnt quite right.

Great location. Comfortable room. Free Nespresso coffee, tea, still and sparkling water in the lobby. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit small but was fully equipped. The receptionist told us the easiest parking is at Domplassen but it is incredibly expensive there. Better to recommend Jernbanen parking which is less then half the price per day and it is 24h open. This was a bit of a bummer as this was the recommendation of the reception who should know the area the best.

Excellent location, near the centre of Stavanger, all within walking distance to sights, food, and transportation. Easy connection to the airport. Breakfast was excellent in quality, variety, and service. Services staff are fantastic!! Free all-day coffee in the lobby indoor and outdoor areas to chill.

The corridor to the rooms is a bit dated and can do with some ventilation. We need to close the room window as the birds are making noises at 4 am in the morning.

Great location, fantastic breakfast. Good size room, extra bed made up as requested. Coffee and tea available in the downstairs lobby, nice outside seating. Generally very comfortable.

The door locking system to the room. When pulled to, the door didn't lock. We have been told in the past that there is a delay, but it must be a very long delay. Door locks using key card, but that should be made clear. USB points in the room would be useful.

Very nice airy room, king size bed with a comfortable matrass, good location in the center of the city, quiet place (our room window was to the internal yard), rich breakfast, free coffee and tea at the lounge area at any time, friendly staff, fast Wi-Fi internet. We were travelling by car and thought that it might be a problem with parking, but it appeared that: 1. there is a free 15 min parking near the hotel (enough for checking-in and loading out our baggage) 2. there is a big city parking lot 5-10 min walking from the hotel, easy access, it is not free (we paid 286 kr per day), but the location is very convenient

It is hard to say, we were travelling on the countryside before getting to Stavanger. And comparing to our previous experience, staying at Thon Maritim was really enjoyable and high standard
