Staff were professional and very friendly, very helpful. The premises was spotless everywhere. The previous reviews I came across about this place being the cleanest they have been to is what made me try this place out (as I have small children). The bathroom, showers, kitchen area all spotless. Beds very comfortable and a separate aircon in each room in the 3 bedroom apartment was an impressive bonus.

If anything I would recommend an extra lock to be put on the front doors (more so for piece of mind). Other than that there was nothing I didn't like.

The property was in a good location From the outside it loooked older however I was pleasantly surprised as the rooms were super clean the bathrooms are a bit dated but still nice enough. The beds have to be one of the BEST beds I have slept in, in a hotel/motel in a VERY long time and we travel ALOT The gentleman at the reception desk was super nice! If ever travelling through Grafton again I would definitely stay there again!!

Shower was super hard to adjust the water to a comfortable temperature, it was either extremely hot or very cold

The facilities were great, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and tea and coffee in room. As well as access to a free fresh coffee machine in reception. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. And staff were quick to respond to our late night call when one of our group left the key in the room. Thanks

Only improvement I would suggest is solid core front doors… it can be a bit noisy due to the circular design of the buildings.

Location was perfect for easy walking to a local shopping centre and leisure walking to the bridge, river and foreshore. Short drive to the main shopping area in town centre. Room was light and airy and in a quiet location within the motel complex. Staff were friendly and kept our room very clean.

One of the bedroom net curtains was vertically ripped into 3 pieces, which was a little disappointing.

Convenient location and nice clean room with all required facilities. Beautiful shower pressure, comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet given centrality. Parking is tight so would recommend calling ahead if you have a large set up like ours. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Good value for money.

I had an upstairs room. It was easily accessible and quiet. Facilities within the room showed consideration for guests, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Central location to Grafton is very good. Management is extremely helpful.

Parking is a little squishy, but ok.

I managed to hand my key to the owner as I left. It was a very comfortable stay and he was just lovely. I love having all the body lotion etc there so useful. Wake up to the birds singing and it was super quiet. Petrol station just across the road.

Because I am getting older I can't zip up and down the stairs the same like when I was younger.

I liked the fact that it was a respectful place was clean and tidy with no interruptions and the workers were very respectful and pleasant and the reception. Made u feel very welcome and comfortable on ur arval and was more than helpful i recommend the grafton central motel highly..

Room was very comfortable and big. Bed was comfy which is very important and shower pressure was good

Don’t have anything negative to say about the room except maybe that there was no milk in the fridge if I had to be picky 🤷‍♂️ but all good

The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to organise a slightly earlier check-in time. Parking onsite was easy.

The only dislike was that the bed was way too soft for our liking.
