I love the rooms and the lagoon. It is very close to the parks and shops in Orlando.

The food was terrible and they only had one pool. Very pricey for snacks and drinks that were not that great. There is no adult or night entertainment/ activities so you have to leave the resort to the locate fun.

Loved the appartment we got, and the man made lagoon/pool was very nice. The resort was very clean, this is mostly due to the resort being new. Kitchen well stocked with all appliances. Truly exceeded my expectations.

Their are only certain parts of the lagoon where you can swim. Would have liked to seen bigger parts of the lagoon that would be suitable for swimming. Other parts of the lagoon are closed of for swimming due to people kayaking or subbing. There was no vacuum cleaner in the appartment to get rid of the sand.

We did seem to have some bugs in one bedroom (one of them was a cockroach in the bathroom).

Everything was top notch, the facilities, restaurants, villas were I stayed, service, cleanliness, the staff.. you name it, it’s beyond 5 stars.

Nothing to dislike.

Flats was so modern big and clean

Lagoon was clean, perfect. Plenty of loungers, first come first served. Kayaks were fun and easy to obtain. Rope, slide, and jump platform all great. Pickleball Courts were also great. It was cool we didn't have any time limitations and the gear is complimentary. Loved that you can put the AC as cold as you want. 69 is perfect if you like it cold to sleep. No motion sensors that shut your air off mid night cause you didn't move. Pillows were great if you like the super soft ones. Sheets felt of good quality. The bathrooms in the villa were spacious, with updated showers and bathtubs. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick and painless. Also, easy to register your car. Once registered it's easy to access the resort with no keycard and no pin. Just drive up and it recognizes your car.

Villas were spacious, but gave me an 80's vibe. Bed was okay, could have been more comfortable. Cleaners didn't come by 2nd day. Would have been nice if they made the beds and replaced towels. Food from the Lagoon bar was okay... could use better food quality.

I like that As of now, the place is family friendly, I also LOVE the fact that there are NO Pets allowed 🥳👍🏻. There is a market inside,GYM,fun activities,restaurants. The room prices are great for the resort

Outside of the Flats smelled like weed, I really hope the resort keeps up with their appearance, cleanliness, and keeps on targeting families, as I have been there twice with my family and kids, and the smell of weed and a weird activities will make the resort a poor ordinary place.

‏We had an amazing experience at this apartment! The place looks brand new, and the apartment itself is incredibly luxurious and perfect for a family stay. It’s equipped with the latest appliances and beautifully furnished to the highest standard. The entire resort is breathtaking, featuring a huge swimming pool, water slides that our kids absolutely loved, diving boards, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more. Truly outstanding!

Very good set up and nice, clean and well maintained facilities. Spacious apartment and very good facilities for the kids. Highly recommended

We couldn’t enjoy the daily cleaning service. For three days we couldn’t have someone to take care of our apartment. At our check out, the reception mentioned this was an option but no one explained to us when checking in. And there wasn’t such an option when booking at booking.com

Property is immaculate in every aspect. Every inch of the resort is mind blowing. Customer service is unlike anywhere else. Absolutely phenomenal experience.

Not a single complaint. My only suggestion would be to add a few more options to the cafeteria area like some rice bowls or something like that.
