It was right next to the two places I needed to visit everyday. It had a kitchenette. It was clean. Staff were friendly. It was close to grocery stores and the hospital.

I happened to notice a sign that informed that I had to request plates, utensils, etc. Most places I have stayed have those things already in the kitchenette. I did ask for everything on the sign but what was delivered was a few items short of the items I had requested. The facilities are old. The facility advertises that breakfast is included. Most places have some hot items, cereal, boiled eggs, etc and a place to sit down to eat. At this facility there were two flavors of oatmeal packets, some protein bars, and coffee. No place to eat. But given the price, I think it would be worth it to stay there if I return to Tucson.

We were given a accessible room with a parking space right outside. We appreciated having a kitchen and a table for meals. The walk-in shower was a plus.

More attention is needed to basic needs in an accessible room. A grab-bar in the shower was missing. There was no shelf in the shower to hold bathing supplies. We had to ask for things we needed in the kitchen that should be supplied as basic, e.g. dish soap, plates, silverware, glasses, cups. Every extra step is difficult for someone with disability. Since I am a support person without movement disability and we were right next door to the office I was fine with leaving the room to get what we needed, available for the asking. It may be a consideration for others. We both have hearing disability and the TV did not provide closed captions. Breakfast? Minimal but sufficient. Better to eat out or bring your own.

Perfect location for visiting a patient at Tucson Medical Center (TMC) or The Center at Tucson (a rehabilitation center) or other medical centers in the area. It was clean and reasonably priced (less than another hotel near TMC), had a kitchenette, and provided sanitized kitchen items upon request. Coffee, hot water, and packaged breakfast items (oatmeal, muffins, breakfast bars) were provided during specified morning hours. Wifi was good. Staff were professional and helpful.

Well kept property. Friendly staff. Room was good sized, clean and well laid out. A good location for my purposes. Although we didn't eat there, an IHOP's was right across the street and a burrito shop, too. Right next door was a CVS in case we needed anything. Fast food places were not far away either. So all in all a good spot for me.

There was no hair dryer in the room. I washed my hair (which is long) and discovered there was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk who confirmed that I wouldn't find a hair dryer in my room but that they could provide one for me at the front desk. So I had to put on some clothes and walk down to the front desk. In the last 20 years or so, I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel or motel that didn't have a hair dryer in the room. And this was an Extended Stay where guests supposedly might stay for an extended period of time. Apparently they are expected to stay with wet hair. A little annoying.

The extended stay suites met our expectations for our stay in Tucson. We wanted a room with a kitchen and plenty of space for our stuff. We also liked the location to Saguaro national park and other hiking locations.

The bed could have been more comfortable and the carpet, though clean was stained.

Full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, stovetop. The rooms are not fancy but very clean and the price was great based on the full kitchen, plates, coffee, desk and dining room table. Major kudos to Carlos at the Tucson/Grant Road location. I live in Phoenix, but had to stay for several weeks (minus weekends)…in Tucson to help care for a family member’s elder care. He was excellent! This is how guests should be treated. Thank you.

During one of my stays…unexpected elevator maintenance. Was stuck on the 3rd floor for hours and late for an appointment as the items I had were too heavy to carry down the stairs 1 by 1

First floor easy access. Staff friendly. The room had a kitchen but I did not use it. Laundry facility for visitors handy Right on a major street with good access I hop restaurants across the street open 24 hours

I had to sign several documents about: no dog, room condition and liability for any damage. That's a first. Room AC blew right on bed. Very uncomfortable . Had to sleep on the far side of the bed. The unit was noisy when running.

First of all the outside was nice and beautiful and the inside was good too just need a little more up-to-date in the rooms but other than that my husband and I were very comfortable. We slept well and showered well.

We really didn’t experience outside the property so I cannot say anything about that but the inside there’s nothing to complain about

only thing I think they need to change is update on the TVs and the channels because there’s nothing really to watch you’re flipping through the same channels

I loved the price especially because it was a nice little room. The bed was clean and comfy. It had a small kitchen attached. The room was full of all supplies we would need. Only issue was I did request extra pillows and they never ended up bringing them. The area was ok some sketchy people but that's not the hotels fault. I would definitely stay here again.
