Great location, right in the middle of Gili Meno. They allow you to borrow their bikes for free, which is by far the best way to get around the island. The staff, especially Taufik Abdullah, will bend over backwards to accommodate anything you might need. You can book pretty much anything through him, i.e. snorkelling, boat travel, laundry, you name it. Breakfast was tasty and cooked promptly. If you can, book a more private villa, and you will get your own little pool, fridge, kitchenette, and lovely outdoor area.

This is not a criticism, just a heads-up: the bathroom tap and shower are saltwater, presumably filtered from the sea. Take a look at Gili Meno on a map, and you'll see why: All fresh water has to be brought in.

The saltwater pool was fabulous, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Our room was clean and tidy, with lovely towel and flower arrangements on the bed, and it was serviced daily. Towels were replaced when needed. I appreciated the effort to reduce plastic waste by providing glass bottles of filtered, safe drinking water that could be topped up on request. The free bikes available at the villa were a fantastic bonus, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The freshly cooked breakfast each morning was a real treat and a perfect way to start the day.

It's a very nice, quiet b&b. Our room was a good size, nicely designed and had fresh water unlike many places on the island. The mattresses were great and we slept very well. The location is nice and central and getting around on the provided bikes is a breeze. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was great. We were able to get a late checkout and advice on ferry times which was much appreciated.

The bicycles were a bit run down (lights and bell weren't working), but they were still sufficient for getting around safely as it's a very small, quiet island.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kinagu. The pool was great and the location close enough to all the beaches. The added bonus of the free bikes helped us to get around the island with ease and the breakfast was great. The beds were firm and comfortable and the Air Conditioning kept the room cool and dry. Toufic Abdula and Andre were great! I liked that the Villa was not right on the beach allowing you to explore the different beaches. We found the snorkeling on the east (closer to Villa Kinagu) to be the best.

We had a lovely stay in a villa with our own pool. The villa was comfortable with air conditioning and the pool was beautiful. We could also use the larger pool for other guests too. Breakfast was included and it was large and tasty.

The first night and day on the island there was loud thumping music coming from the habour until 1am and it started up again about 7.30 am. There was some kind of celebration but we couldn't sleep with it. This was nothing to do with the Villa but it was really annoying. Be aware also that the call to prayer can be heard loud and clear from the villa from all hours, but this is part of the culture of the island and didn't bother us

Everything! The photos speak for themselves. The location is ideal, 10 min walk inland from harbour, close to everywhere. The property has only four rooms plus two private villas and is located in beautifully, maintained grounds with a sparkling pool and free use of good bikes. The room is large and modern with lovely white soft sheets and a comfy bed. The bathroom is a good size with good water pressure, nice towels, an amenities pack and hairdryer. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simple but plentiful and includes juice and a fruit platter.

Nothing. There were a few more flies and a few mosquitos, the first we’d experienced in Indonesia but not too annoying.

Kinagu Villas is a small, lovely homestay, that appears locally owned. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and immaculately cleaned.every day. The veranda overlooked the small pool. The pool itself seemed to be saltwater rather than chemical, and provided a welcome refreshing dip. The gardens were perfectly maintained and the vibe was quiet and relaxed. There are only a handful of bungalows, including one for families and two behind a gate that had a private pool. The breakfast was great, with a variety of choices, fresh juice and strong coffee. Villa Kinagu is located down a short dirt path off a quiet laneway, 200 metres from a beach where you can snorkel, hire a boat, have a drink or just relax on the sandy shore. Gili Meno is very laid back and feels more rural than the other two Gillis. There is less hype, fewer amenities, and more natural landscape. Nonetheless, there are plenty of local warungs and enough beach bars to satisfy your needs. Finally, the staff members were friendly, helpful and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend it highly.

Although we didn’t come to Gili Meno to watch tv, it would have been nice to get some cable/streming channels, if only just to watch occasionally.

Very friendly, helpful workers. Clean, large room. Great pool. Villas are tucked away near where locals live - lovely location and very close to beach. Free bikes to borrow- we used these every day. We stayed 4 nights which was a perfect length of time for our family. The beach 5 mins walk away had a great reef and, every time we snorkelled there, turtles which were easy to find.

These villas are very comfortable and with the outside space quite a large space. We were upgraded to a private villa because of overbooking on the family room and it was great for the 3 of us (family). The breakfast is good and filling. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. They set us up with a snorkelling tour and were always able to advise on what can be done on the island. We loved the free use of bicycles and used them everyday we were there. We would stay here again.

It's not on the beach but like I say, that can be a good thing if you like quiet.

The family room was perfect for our group of five, pool was nice, breakfast was epic. I had been a little worried about staying in the middle of the island as we had previously only stayed at the beach on Gili Meno, but the free bikes the villa provided actually meant thay we saw more of the island, and were more footloose and fancy free, than ever. Loved it. Will for sure stay here again.

Bathroom is a bit basic but that's not unusual for the location.
