What a beautiful location on a working farm. To be surrounded by sheep and cattle, working Collies and family was delightful! The room was fantastic, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay and the host was lovely. We brought our own food for the evening and Stephanie laid out a table in the conservatory for us to eat. The whole farm was spotless and me and my mother would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the best stays I have ever experienced. So comfortable, so clean, so peaceful. The hosts were 10/10. So attentive, so welcoming and cooked the best breakfast we have ever had!!! So much thought, time and effort goes into everything they do and I am really looking forward to staying again. Thank you so so much.

Everything was beyond perfect

Everything!.... Great room, which the pictures don't do enough justice to, and a very comfortable bed. Stephanie & Mervin were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful, accommodating... I could go on a very long list here, but let's just say I couldn't have asked for better hosts, they were both just great! Great breakfast! There's a common theme here..... It was all just a bit GREAT! Lovely and quiet location away from it all. 3 night stay, but wish it was longer... Cannot recommend enough!

Spent 10 minutes trying to think of anything that could go here, and came up with nothing.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful farm. Stephanie and Mervyn were great hosts and Stephanie served us an exceptional breakfast every day of our stay! Beautifully furnished room and we were very comfortable for the three nights we stayed there. Pity we couldn’t stay for longer!

We were welcomed by the owners who treated more like visiting friends then paying customers. We felt really immersed in the life of the farm and learnt a lot. Loved sitting outside with our hosts enjoying the warm summer evenings.

The very remote location was only reached along very narrow lanes. Didn't enjoy having to drive along them for our evening meal. Not the fault of the owners of course, except they could provide an evening meal as an option.

The place is really wonderful, spotless clean, everything well arranged and you are looked after from the fist minute you step in. The people running it are so pleasant and accommodating , simply you feel at home. Breakfast is one of the best ones I had.

Stephanie and Marvin are amazing hosts. Typical English Farmhouse with great infrastructure, we loved the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Had the best sleep in the entire vacation, very quiet place. The breakfast was fantastic

lovely cooked breakfast with anything else you could want, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal. Room was spotlessly clean. Very friendly hosts made us welcome rightaway. We ventured out everyday in the car to.places, looe, fowey, falmouth, eden project. Really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the weather was not good so we didn't get the chance to walk and look around the local area.

Good, clean and comfortable in a very quiet location with great hosts. Breakfast was fantastic and cooked to perfection by Stephanie. Fantastic water pressure in shower and bathroom amenities are lovely.

Farm is down some very narrow lanes but that’s Cornwall for you. Drive safely. Room was gorgeous but a little over cluttered for us. Had to move some stuff around to ensure our own safety.

Wonderful friendly hosts. Beautiful comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Attention to detail & very clean. Fantastic views over farm & deep in the countryside.countryside. Well situated for places like St. Germans & area. Golf at Whitsand Bay.

Everything good & no criticism - you'll have fun with the satnav though on the narrow lanes.
