Booked your lovely guest house for my wife and sister as the location was ideal and the price was reasonable and good value in terms of the quality of accommodation and breakfast was excellent and so the the hosts. Very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, no hesitation in using this guest house again, ticked all the boxes in all areas, the pictures on the web site were accurate in all regards, well done you, kind regards Mrs C S Green.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good information, both from info pack provided in room and staff themselves. Good breakfast. Wifi connection was patchy at times but couldn't be helped considering the age of the building ( thick walls etc ). Very good public transport links.

I could see how parking would be an issue at times, although I did strike lucky during my particular week. This not only involved the amount of spaces, but the actual size of the bays when it came to opening doors for unloading etc.

The Elnor B&B was just what I needed. I was booking last minute for a work trip, ideally in Looe but there was nothing available for a decent price. I found the Elnor B&B in Liskeard and it was a lovely stay. As soon as I checked in, I was greeted by lovely staff who were happy to give me dinner recommendations in the area. The room was comfy, cosy, clean and cool, I have no complains about it at all. The cooked breakfast was perfect - hot, hearty, wonderfully cooked, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I ended chatting to the staff until it was time to check out.

Breakfast was excellent. Good choice. Excellent full English breakfast. Hosts were fabulous. It’s a family run business and I felt like part of the family ❤️ Anyone staying should remember it’s a bed and breakfast not a hotel 😊. Clean well thought out room for the available space. There was coffee and tea in the room and biscuits which was nice. White Towels and sheets were spotless and smelled lovely . Slept well !

I have fairly complex dietary needs - I am both vegetarian and I have a gluten allergy. However, this was not an issue at this Guest House. The owner was very accommodating, and I had delicious breakfasts which met my requirements - they were also delicious. The location is perfect, particularly if you are travelling by train and/or bus. Elnor Guest House is situated exactly half way between the town centre and the railway station. There is a good bus service to places like Callington & Launceston as well as neighbouring villages, and the coast at Seaton, Downderry (about 20 minutes away by bus) and Polperro from the town centre. There is also the charming branch line railway to Looe, as well as the mainline to Truro, Plymouth and further afield. If you arrive by car, there is a car park at the rear. My daughter lives nearby so this was an excellent choice for me and I am sure I will return. I am autistic, and I can find travelling a challenge, but this was a relaxed base to spend time with family.

We both had a terrific time and we were made to feel so welcome by Susan and Ted during our stay with them. Nothing was too much trouble whenever we asked anything. Our room was bright, comfortable and spacious and wonderfully prepared. Our breakfast was plentiful and delicious and presented so professionally. We couldn't thank them more for helping to make our holiday such a memorable one. Our stay with them was such a delight. Liskeard is a great place to base your stay for anyone wanting to visit Cornwall.

Friendly welcoming staff who were excellent hosts and made one feel at home. The breakast was cooked whilst you waited so very fressh and well presented. Parking was easy and the place was within walking distance of the town centre. Altogether We would recommend the Elnor Guest house to anyone travelling that way.

Friendly family business. Superb breakfast. Everything you need in your room. Elnor Guest House is an old building, so expect some creaks. Local to shops.

Very warm welcome and the owner Sue and her son Ted ran the guest house efficiently and very well. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and everything was immaculately clean.. Bed was high quality and comfortable. Facilities in room more than adequate. Heating controlled by guest.

A comfortable small sitting room for long stay guests would be a bonus.

I don’t usually spend much time writing reviews, but this host is truly exceptional. Breakfast was amazing (plenty of options: vegetarian, gluten free, etc.). When I couldn’t get a cab the host even gave me a lift. 10/10+.
