There were 8 of us for my hen do that stayed across 2 apartments. Could not fault the accommodation. Plenty of space inside and out. Check in online prior to arriving and check out online as well! Second night we stayed in due to the weather the the one apartment was more than big enough with enough seating to seat the 8 of us. Everyone commented on how comfy the beds were along with all the bathroom products.

A very comfortable stay - room and gardens were excellent. The location was very good so long as you were happy to jump into the car to go anywhere. The location and views were beautiful. The Owners were very attentive to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and were very good at advising us on places to visit.

Nothing particularly - a pub within walking distance?

The hotel is lockated in a peaceful and beautiful surraundings. The rooms spacious and equiped with all the applinces and amnities for a wonderful vaccation. I will definatly come again to this " home away from home" as me and my wife called it. Richard the owner and staff were very helpful and we got very good recomondations for restaurants, and places of interest and daytrips in the whole region and beyond.

What's there not to like?

Absolutely beautiful place, amazing grounds for the kids and dog with lovely views. Studio with seperate bedroom for the children was lovely, modern and stylish. 100% would come back. Located in the middle of Looe, Polperro with Talland Bay straight infront, you simply can't go wrong. Staff, absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, much appreciated spending time with Lulu whilst we were at the wedding.

The studio (The Loft) was beautifully clean, well appointed, decorated to a high standard with a well equipped kitchenette. It was bright and quirky (such as the bath tub on the balcony!). The grounds are well kept and very pretty. We were so comfortable and delighted with our stay.

We felt the lodge we stayed in was not very clean. Our kids room was full of dust and cobwebs all Over and under the beds and side table. There were lots of dead bugs on the carpet all around the baseboards so feel the place could do with a deep vacuuming.

We had the lower deck perfect for a family of 4. The room was clean, well laid out and quiet. Rich and Johnny were friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

There were no black out curtains or thick curtains in the main area which would have helped with being able to sleep in.

The couple running the restaurant were tremendous. Leah was delightful. The location was beautiful!

There were dishes that hadn’t been cleaned very well and lots of flies both dead and alive in the room

This is a hidden gem and the cutest hotel. Beautiful interiors, extremely cosy, lovely staff, would definitely recommend a stay!

There isn’t currently a restaurant, but they are looking to introduce pizzas in the near future

Brilliant location with stunning views and lots of outdoor space for the children. Our family studio was very well presented with obvious care and attention made to every detail. The owners and staff were very personable and went above and beyond to help with any queries or requests. Easy access to both Looe and Polperro where we had two very enjoyable meals out and used the local taxi service which was very reliable.

We couldn’t fault the property.
