Well maintained rooms. Especially the living room was really nice.

The sofa was really small, and it was not long enough for an reasonably sized adult to sleep. Some of parking spaces are a bit tight with the "available space". but it was not super difficult as well. The codes given originally were not working for access, but the phone numbers work apparently, 24/7. So managed to call them up on arrival to get another working code. Didn't face any other issues during the stay. It would have been really nice, if there was a dish washer as well in the kitchen.

Very convenient location for city centre and the city's waterfront area, fully equiped and spacious apartment. Will definitely stay again if in Plymouth.

Our apartment was on the ground floor (2), so no view at all (the level was even under the street level from the living room side), the set up for the extra bed (sofa), was in a cupboard but on the floor...there should be something like a shelve to place this.

The apartment was immaculate and very clean. It was well situated for our needs, close to local restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking.

The key code did not work. I called the helpline and the lady i spoke to was very helpful. Unfortunately i had to call her again to lock the apartment when we went out, and again she was very helpful and patient. If their was instructions in the emails i was sent then i missed them, probably an age thing :) The TV in the apartment appeared to be brand new, but did not have any channel loaded, or internet connection, so we could not use it. Shame really as all the other facilities were great. Hopefully something easily rectified.

Had a minor problem with the door code but the phone number provided was answered quickly and I was in the property in minutes

A slightly sparse allocation of cutlery and crockery made the place feel it was geared up to just the basics. They provided a coffee machine (great) but no introductory coffee pods (not so great)

Apartments lovely, modern, no expense spared from SMEG appliances to beautiful ben linen Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops two minutes up the road. Washing machine was a bonus.

Codes were fiddley, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine

Very cute, clean and comfy, everything we needed for a short break for 2 people to share.

Close to shops and 10mins away from family. Did have trouble getting into the apartment as was given wrong code.

Good location, nice clean property with good facilities. Secure car parking.

Property all good. Booking a bit of a faff! Told we had given all required info when booked then wanted more a few days before.

Booking and paying was slightly complicated, as booked through booking.com and then had to call Charles Hope several times for clarification and payment of deposit etc

The property was well laid out and spacious

Tenants who had booked flat 5 tried to get in our apartment as they thought the no 7 meant flat 7 not just the building. They broke our door lock in the process.

Was really clean, big TV, nice cooking area, modern bathroom, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on! Plus, the heating was really effective!

They were missing scourers/washing up scrubs so we had to buy our own. Also, finding the car park was a little difficult.
