Stayed here as a family of 4 in the Superior Standard Room. It's a spacious and comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard/pool area. The hotel itself is really nice, plenty of open space and quiet. It's located right in the middle of town and walkable to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and there's a bar & restaurant there too. We didn't eat anything but the drinks were good. Wifi and AC worked well. We'd definitely come again.

I would have liked a couple of chairs on the balcony, and a couple of extra towels.

Our family loves the pool area. It was nice to grab a drink and a quick bite while the kids played in the pool. The facilities are beautiful and the location is very close to the square (1 block off and easily walkable) but far enough away that the noise wasn't an issue and the hotel was quiet. Valladolid is a great base for ruins, cenotes etc.

The beds are small and short. They were full beds and my husband's (6'2") legs hung off the end of the bed.

The hotel is very well located, in a beautiful building. it has a nice atrium with a swimming pool and garden. It also has a very convenient parking. Our room was big and comfortable

Impossible to call reception using the phone in the room Seems better to order breakfast on site, rather than to take a room with breakfast included The staff in restaurant and front desk do their job, but there is no hospitality culture For some reason, juice, coffee and tea is included in the breakfast, but water is extra Given all the strengths, little is needed to turn this place into a real gem.

Fantastic location - big comfortable rooms. Ours had a lovely view of the church. Nice pool. Good car park

For a higher end hotel it was a little unusual you needed to hand in a paper voucher for breakfast and couldn’t charge drinks at the pool to the room ( not a problem once we knew we had to bring a card with us but a tedious trip back to the room the first time)there were only 6 sun beds by the pool one of which was broken so very hard to get one.

Beautifully designed property, airy spaces, great decor, lovely outdoor spaces and large bedrooms. The location is great just around the corner from the main square. Friendly staff, great breakfast (not included in room rate). We really enjoyed our stay here enabling us to see Chichén Itzá and some of the amazing cenotes with ease and escape back to the haven of the hotel in the August heat!

great location, free parking, and the pool area was a huge bonus and exceeded expectations. Location was great as was our room and beds. Super comfy and had great sleeps. Bathroom was huge and nice shower. Balcony over the pool, aircon was fast and worked great.

The breakfast was okay, nothing special but did the job.

Clean and spacious rooms, good location, comfortable bed, hepful staff at reception.

Breakfast could be better, it is not worth the money as it is. Specially in Valladolid, where prices are reasonable.

We stayed for three nights at beautiful Valladolid… fact that we chose Real Hispano was worth it … great decor and amazing design and ambience… the location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the heart of the town. The staff were very very helpful and cooperative. Big shoutout to Celeste. We can’t wait to be back .

Breakfast was OK. The room was really nice and spacious. The beds super comfortable with extra pillows. The bathroom amenities were really nice and locally sourced.

Unfortunately my mom tripped on a small ramp next to the front desk. I'm hoping they can paint it and make it more noticeable so no one has any more accidents there.
