Comfortable beds, nice front desk staff at check in. The gentleman on the front desk on Sunday was very friendly.

Room wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair on the pillows which made me question if the bed was clean. There was a garbage can with trash from the prior stay. There was hair in the bath tub. Also I could tell that the night stand wasn't cleaned because there was still spills from prior guest that dried up.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was, the bed was comfortable, I couldn’t feel my husband toss and turn all night. The breakfast was great, it’s all my husband could talk about! Its location was nice, just a few minutes drive to downtown Sault Sainte Marie. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean, and the beds were fantastic. Front desk was friendly, and the breakfast was great, and the kitchen host was great, and we loved the breakfast.

Building repairs were going on at the time of our stay, but the noise wasn’t too bad.

Breakfast was OK. Hott tub in room g0reat. Bathtub didn't work to take a bath.

Pool bottom was brown and didn't look good. Hot tub was out of order so didn't use pool or hot tub.

Breaks selections could have more variety of meat other than just sausage and sausages could have cooked a little bit longer (well done)

Only one chair in room. Also had to replace our room key 3 times as they would not work on doors as they had computer problems.. Room latch on door was missing a part. This is the third time we stared there.

Was very clean, staff was very friendly, good continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable and a warm comforter.

Side door #5 was where you could walk in without using your card.

came up a day early because of snowstorm and staff was able to keep us in the same room both nights . staff were all very friendly. Room was very nice and clean as well. Great breakfast

The location was perfect for a girls shopping weekend. We came over from Canada just for the night and every thing was within 5 minutes. The continental breakfast was exceptional with many options to choose from. Food was fresh, coffee was good.

Only things I disliked about the location was the breakfast, how far the elevators were, & the amount of flies that I had in my room. Besides that room was decent.
