Breakfast exceeded my expectations..large portions and great service to our room. Peter and Anastasia and staff were the sweetest most helpful. It was a perfect location for what work we needed to do at the US Embassy and you can either walk to Syntagma ( we did) or taxi or bus it but the walk was very nice. Bakery, supermarket, grill bar, so very close to location and felt very safe area. I would stay again for sure. A few things need updating and cleaning and fixing ( just a suggestion) but all in all, it was a great one night stay. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE!!!! Again, staff were super sweet, kind, helpful and wonderful!

Windows didn't open in one of our rooms, couldn't open the blinds as they were broken. The other room of ours, the window was warped that you barely could see out of it but that's fine, we were not there for the view so really didn't bother us..the room with no open windows that opened was super small and a little claustrophobic ( that's just me and how I felt, many others could be fine with it)

There were really many things I liked. The location is central — just 10 minutes to the bus and metro station, and only 4 minutes to the nearest laundry. There are markets everywhere that stay open until midnight. But a special thanks and big applause go to Ms.Fotini — she was the kindest hotel receptionist I have ever seen. Very friendly and helpful, and honestly, many guests would choose this hotel just because of her. Thank you again!

There were also a few things I didn’t like. There are two bars next to the hotel, and they are very loud. Many people gather in the middle of the street starting from 5 PM, blocking the way to the hotel. You have to get through the crowd just to enter the hotel, which is honestly exhausting. The breakfast was really great and delicious — since we are vegan, there were also vegetarian options, which we appreciated. However, the variety wasn’t really enough to feel satisfied, but I would say that’s a personal matter. One thing that was really difficult for me was the bedding (the duvet set). The bed itself was comfortable, but the blanket was just a thin sheet, which didn’t make sleeping any easier or more comfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

Great stay at Olvia Suites in a relaxing room (the air condition was especially appriciated!). We also enjoyed the breakfast served at optional time every morning. Although it is located a little bit from Athens centre, we managed to walk all the way to Acropolis, Plaka etc from Olvia Suites, without need for public transport or taxi. The best part was definietly the straff, very caring and attentive! They offered us late check in and delievered breakfast to us the night before our early departure, to fit our busy schedule.

One side of our bed had an indent, making it a little less comfortable. If we had told the staff I can imagine they would have helped, but since we were only staying 2 days we decided not to.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they were very flexible regarding our requests (having breakfast earlier, having lactose intolerance).

The bed was too soft, it wasn't so comfortable. They don't have place for breakfast, so we got it every morning into our room. They were nice and managed to have lactose free food, however in general the food could have been a bit better, but I assume they have limited opportunities to prepare more sophisticated food. They could compensate this issue with their very nice attitude.

Overall it was a nice stay. The staff was helpful, a good breakfast was served in the room. Coffee/tea anytime at the reception desk. There is A/C and TV, which allowed me to watch Euro semifinals in the room :) The location was perfect for me as I attended a conference, but it might be a bit far from the center for those who wants to do a city-tour. However, it is well-connected with the center; there is also a bus stop to go to the airport 2 min away from the hotel.

There were a restaurant and a bar in fromt of my room, and the soundproof was not good enough for a good sleep.

Nice hotel 11 min walk from Megaron Athens International Conference Centre (MAICC) Walkingdistan to metro, food store, pharmacy and bars. Located on a safe ally street. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower cream and shampoo that smells really good. AC in the room and smal fridge. Breakfast was served from 08:00 But because my conference started at 08 they were really helpfull with early breakfast. I also have allergies and no mistakes were made. Gold star to the staff!

The biggest advantage of this place are people - extremely helpful and nice. The guy at the reception desk gave us extremely detailed directions to the Kifissos bus station, with all metro stations and location in between. He was the best! The room was comfortable and clean, bed really comfortable, big shower and good AC. The breakfast was delivered to the room at requested time, nothing fancy but tasty and fresh (normal breakfast with toasts, bread, jam, fruits, coffee and juice). All in all, it was a good choice for a one night stay in Athens.

The windows were not sound-proof, so some noises from the outside (including the bar at the end of the street) were hearable. They ended before midnight, and were bearable, but for light sleepers I would advise earplugs.

I loved my place in this stylish brand new hotel . Everything looked prefect and new . The area is really nice - close by has a typical Greek restaurant and a lot of cafes etc . The mattress of the bed was of an excellent quality so we slept really nice . Also WiFi was really speedy as I needed for my work . I definitely recommend this hotel and we will visit it again in the best future .

I found the property to be very conveniently located. It is within walking distance to the metro and Ubers were very accessible from the hotel. The hotel manager was extremely helpful! From arranging transport from the air port/ cruise port she went above and beyond for us. The staff at Olvia suites was truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. They made my first experience in Greece so much more enjoyable. I will be back!

This is a great hotel. I was in Athens for 3 days for academic work. The staff, especially Peter at the front desk is exceptionally friendly and kind. He loaned me a cable and adaptor for my laptop. The hotel is close to a main metro station and very accessible to the key sites in Athens. There is a lovely little coffee shop a few hundred meters from the hotel. A nice souvlaki store that closes late in case you need something to eat after a long day of touring. The rooms are clean and the bathroom and shower is good. The breakfast is brought to your room on a tray at a time of your preference. It has a range of pastries, coffee, some fruit and other items.
