Clean, modern, comfortable, good shower, comfy bed, great location for several hikes including trailhead for Sorapis hiking (sentiero 215), free parking. Nice staff. This accommodation is located in Tre Croci pass, a little bit outside of Cortina (15-minute drive). Have stayed for 5 nights and opted for the half board package as there are only 2 restaurants nearby where you can eat. Even if I didn't like all the dishes, every time there was a dish that I really liked. For example, there were several types of pasta every evening and they were very good. So were the soups. I also ate the best oranges here.

window insulation. On one of the nights it rained very hard and water entered the room (room 302) on the edge of the window. Being summer, it was not such a problem, but in the cold season, it could be a problem.

The hotel was incredible, on entrance you are welcomed by the front of house staff who greet you with massive smiles and grins. Special shout out to Fouda, Aleksandr, Jules and Valentino who made sure we were looked after throughout the entire trip. Always welcoming in the bar and restaurant at both breakfast and dinner. They run around constantly ensuring you have everything you need. Jules makes the most incredible Aperol Spitz! Food wise for dinner there is so much choice, the lasagne was a personal fav! 4 out of 7 nights this was consumed and there was no regrets. The location is perfect being in the centre of the dolomites. Definitely recommend to hire a car to get around as it makes it a lot easier though! Ample parking, clean rooms, incredible staff, scrumptious food and incredible views of the mountains around you - will definitely be back.

Absolutely nothing.

Great stop if you are an independent traveller and have your own transport. Out of Cortina D’Ampezzo but provides easy access to Lake Sorapis hike trail (200m from hotel) and a head start to Tre Cime. Good size room, clean with good linen, meals enjoyed in bistro were of excellent quality. Good range of eating options, restaurant, bistro/bar meals and light snacks.

Only heating in hotel, no cooling. This wasn’t a problem until we had to shut the windows in our room due to the smell of cigarette/vape smoke coming from the outside smoking area below our room. Early evening/late afternoon was particularly uncomfortable as area below was heavily used at this time of day. If you like your windows open check the location of your room in relation to outside smoking area. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities in room.

The hotel is located between two cities, which is very convenient for traveling between different sights, and trekking along different routes, but not very suitable if you like to walk along a noisy city street in the evening and sit in a restaurant. It is not far to go to the city, but the road is very winding and not easy, and this is not the kind of relaxation that you want after dinner with a glass of wine)) In this case, the hotel offers a veeery good varied dinner for an additional fee, we arrived in the evening and were very pleased with the dinner. The hotel has parking, there are only forests and mountains around, the breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly. Right next to the hotel there is a hiking track to Lake Sorapis. The room is well equipped but a bit small. Special thanks for the possibility of accommodation with a dog. The hotel is very pet friendly, the extra charge for a dog was only 5 euros. We traveled through the Dolomites and the Alps and stayed at 7 or 8 different hotels along the route, the B&B Hotel Passo Tre Croci Cortina was the best and left the most pleasant experience.

The room was a bit small. Also we had a balcony overlooking the construction site, it was not very nice. But we booked a room just a few days before arrival, so we probably got the room that was left))

Breakfast-buffet and dinners- 3 courses with options to choose from a predefined list worked for us, plenty of good food, including vegetarian. I was pleasantly surprised after previously seeing less good reviews about food. Free water and a glass of wine for dinner came as a nice bonus, and it is unusual for half-board in Italy. Very nice staff, polite and friendly. They have messages about maintaining the silence for the comfort of all guests, this was very respectfully kept by all guests, so vs other ski hotels, we could enjoy silence here even at the morning hours when early skiers went out.

I guess it exceeded my all expectations.

B&B Hotel Passo Tre Croci Cortina offers exceptional value and convenience, proving to be one of the best-priced accommodations of our entire trip. While it's located about a 10-15 minute drive from the town center, the hotel is impressively self-contained, providing everything a traveler could need on-site. It features a restaurant, a bar, a small shop for snacks and essentials, and even 24-hour vending machines for coffee and treats, along with a microwave and hot water kettle for guests to use. The staff were lovely and always happy to help, and there was plenty of parking available. Our room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a firm bed that gave us a great night's sleep. The building also felt updated with a new elevator.

The only things to be aware of were very minor. The hotel seems to be popular with tour groups, and we encountered one during our stay which caused a little bit of commotion in the lobby as they were moving their luggage, but it was brief. Related to that, the soundproofing might not be completely perfect for louder noises; we could faintly hear a child shouting to his father in the evening. However, these were very small disturbances and did nothing to spoil what was an otherwise excellent and highly recommended stay.

Breakfast was great and dinner was excellent - truly some of the best food during our time in Italy. Hotel was clean, comfortable with stunning views from the room and very friendly/helpful staff.

Some more amenities in the room would have been nice - for example a kettle for boiling hot water, tea/coffee, complimentary bottled water, toiletries such as amenities kits, non-disposable cups/glasses for drinking. We stayed 3 nights so this would have been helpful, but for a single night stay probably not as important. Worth noting there was a microwave and kettle for common use in the lobby.

The location was excelllent, right at the start of the Lake Sorapis walk it was very convenient to be able to park. The rooms were lovely and hearing the cows in the evening was truly special.

The room was sitting on 25 degrees overnight and I couldn’t seem to get the air conditioning working. The panel was there but buttons didn’t do anything. We opened the windows but clearly our room was outside the waste treatment as the smell overnight permeated everything in the room. Following morning I was advised there is no air conditioning, has been disabled to save the environment

The location is good, it is opposite of Lago sorapis starting point. The breakfast is not bad, but i couldnt find any vegetable (salad). Friendly staff at the cafe, he likes to chat and makes jokes with us. The mountain view from the our room is not bad at all. The bed was clean. One of the evening, when we just came back from hiking, the lift didnt work. Grateful to the staff for checking the lift for us, otherwise we had to take the stairs to 4th floor.

The room we bought was too small, probably we chose the wrong room. There was no kettle in the room, the fridge was very small too. The self laundry was out of order.

We appreciated the service from staff from the front desk, dining area and room service. Location was excellent for the hikes we were seeking to do in the area. Room was spacious, practical and clean on arrival. Access to free parking was also well taken. Breakfast was very good, offering a lot of variety. However, we just discovered that for a similar breakfast in another B&B hotel in Bolzano the cost was ($7.90 euros versus $12/ person). Bed was comfortable.

We didn't have a very nice experience with their evening meal. The food was tasteless and portions were small relative to price paid ($27 euros /person). For this reason we never went back during our 6 nights stay. We also didn't like finding luggage scuff marks on the walls. It gave the impression that the place wasn't well maintained.
