The seasoned potatoes are the best. The fact that you have a quest laundry room is great! The refrigerator is a great size as well as the freezer.

I have stayed there maybe 5 times now and will continue to do so since our daughter just started attending Asbury University. I would like the breakfast to have more variety, maybe have bacon sometime instead of sausage.

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The hotel was quiet and clean. We had to be up early for an event and were surprised that breakfast was out and ready before 6:30. It was a delicious breakfast and the kitchen staff were extremely pleasant!

My family had a pleasant time! If I had to complain about one thing it would be I noticed a piece of popcorn on the floor between the two beds which made me think the cleaner didn't do a thorough job when sweeping.

The staff was amazing! Everything was very clean. It was close to the wedding venue we were in town to see. The parking lot is easy to access the back door, and the elevators were close. The rooms were spacious. The sofa was comfortable. The desk was large. the fridge worked well. The room decor was attractive. The shower was nice. All other patrons we encountered were pleasant and in a good mood. That seems indicative of their enjoying a pleasant stay as well.

The beds were not super comfortable. We didn't notice until we got there that it's an alcohol free facility. It didn't matter to us, but I know many people like to have a drink at night in their room and it felt weird to be told that I couldn't if I'd have wanted. The toilet paper was so cheap. Worse than any I've had except in the very cheapest independent roadside motels. I may have utilized the massage chair if it were further away from the public entering and exiting the main elevator. $5 for 20 minutes is a good price, but I would have been more tense instead of less afterward. I wish there were a pool. Finding anything nearby to eat, shop, or have delivered was difficult.

Breakfast was fine. Real plates & Silverware was a surprise. Very convenient location for our 2 days of activities.

Got locked out of our rooms on 2nd day. Apparently, the key cards were only scanned for one day & expired at 11am on the 2nd day. Then the front desk was only staffed by one lady who had to check dozens of people in & also re-code our room keys!

The entire reservation/check-in/check-out process was flawless! The staff was exceptionally courteous, efficient, and helpful; and, the room and facilities were excellent.

The breakfast needs work! The eggs, potatoes, and meat were deplorable! The overall food selection was dismal.

The friendliness of the staff and the quiet, comfortable rooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

One morning there was no milk nor any juice. The coffee creamer machine also was empty though it was early that morning at about 7:30 am

convenience to the university and room was very nice and comfortable seating.

I had a room with a huge whirlpool tub. It was difficult to get into. I turned on the water to take a shower standing up and I slipped in fell. Hit my head and laid in shower for 10 min. No Rail.

Room was not cleaned nor bed made after the first night of our stay Towels were left on the floor as per the instructions in the bathroom if we wanted fresh towels. Nevertheless, the towels were never replaced. AC in bedroom was either running too cold or then off and the room was hot. AC in suite worked great so we stayed there most of the time except to sleep. Staff at front desk were excellent.

The breakfast was better than most I have had, well kept area, very clean. The help was attentive to making sure there was plenty for all , I don’t think I saw them run out of anything.

Only thing I can say is the toilet in our room was very low and with one of us disabled and in a wheelchair it was a little bit of a challenge for her to get up and down from it. We nicknamed it the squatty potty. To be completely fair to the hotel they had no idea that I had a partially disabled friend and when I made the reservations neither did I.

The room was large and nicely furnished. The bed were comfortable. The staff was curteous , other guests were friendly.

The breakfast was fine but the eggs. It would have been nice to have a small bar of face soap in the bathroom.
