Suuuper clean, really nice room, comfy bed, great kitchen with all the necessary equipment and super quiet place - it felt like we were alone in the hotel. The location is also good. About 20-30 min by car to Scafell Pike and surrounded by beautiful roads!

It would be nice if there was the option to turn on the heaters in the room as we wanted to dry our clothes after a long day of rain and we couldn't. Also, new pans for cooking would be great!

Ease of location for Scafell Pike and close to beach. Very good size of room with good en-suite. Plenty of useful and helpful information. And a very handy fridge. Good parking also.

other guest seem to not understand being quiet. while checking in and the 2nd night. standing right out side our door talking and laughing. I mean go in to your own room or downstairs in the other rooms

I think this property has been freshly refurbished as it was exceptionally clean. Constant hot water Loved having the games room, and the freedom to use the kitchen, and the location near the beach was great. From the outside you would not expect it to be as good as this.

Clean and tidy with a comfortable bed

After a 35 mile run too, up, over and back again I could have done without climbing a flight of stairs 😂

A few moments from the rail station and beach. Good shop nearby. Big comfortable room.

Heating system controlled by a phone app or something I don't understand and wasn't equpped to deal with. The tried and tested technology of a switch would have worked.

Modern well equipped kitchen and dining room including billiard room for guests. Clean rooms with nice ensuite and hot water.

No heating control in the dining room.

Nice property. Has everything you need. Very easy and nice. Good kitchen to make your own breakfast also. Or other meals.
