I had an amazing stay at Peaks Hotel and Suites! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bathroom was spotless, large, and well-stocked with plenty of towels and amenities, which added a touch of luxury to the experience. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the comfort to the cleanliness. Without a doubt, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay.

We had such a great stay at Peaks Hotel and Suites in Banff. The room was super clean, and they managed to get us a crib last minute which was amazing. Location couldn’t be better—right in the middle of everything. The front desk staff were really nice and felt very professional, gave off a high end vibe. Parking was a bit wierd since the entrance and exit were the same, and the wifi was kinda weak, but overall it was a really good experience and we'd definitely come back.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Near the hospital, church, gas station, parks, shops and restaurants. We don’t even need to use our car to get along Banff Ave. The front desk staffs are very professional and helpful. They always greet us morning-to-evening with a smile. We really appreciated the underground parking as they have a safe & convenient access to free car wash, car charging, bike park and elevator way up to main floor.

Hotel Housekeepers are very loud everyday starts at 8am ( maybe this is the start of there shift) For three consecutive morning that we stayed, its always the same. We stayed at Rm. 317 and if you ever stay near those rooms you will gonna know and experience what I'm talking about. I didn't bother to come up this concern as I assumed that they orientated to be considerate and act professional at work. And I don't want to get them "on the spot" trouble. Well I guess for them, they just doing there job, I supposed. They walking around the hallways with there big carts banging outside walls, even chatting and laughing to each other, not taking consideration to other guest that wants to sleep in much longer late in A.M

The location of Peaks Hotel and Suites is fantastic. That, coupled with the underground parking, makes travelling to the hotel and checking in an absolute breeze. My wife and I stayed two nights and we enjoyed how, once you had parked in the underground parking, so much of the downtown is within walking distance so you can simply walk to great restaurants and breweries. We did get back in the truck and drive to see the Bow Falls, visit the Cave and Basin historical site, and to eat at the Waldhaus Restaurant, but each of these locations was a short 10-minute drive from the hotel and we were able to get back to our parking spot without issue. The beds were nice, comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The showers were very nice, the showerhead had a rain-style showerhead with a separate attachment for a higher pressure cleanse. The coffee was nice as well. This was our second time staying at Peaks and it has exceeded our expectations twice now.

The location of this hotel was perfect and the staff was incredibly helpful. They were very knowledgeable and provided information on everything from restaurants to hiking trails to crowds to parking conditions at various sites. They even had a webcam where they would check the parking lot at the gondola or hot springs to help determine whether we should drive or take a bus/shuttle. The hotel is not inexpensive but the staff made it worth every penny.

We were in a loft room and could have used a few drawers in the room but we managed. Also had to walk across the street to the hot tub and sauna but it really was not far.

The location was absolutely perfect, very close to restaurants and shopping. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was very quiet even the AC/heat controls were quiet and didn’t blow right on you, the balcony was a wonderful addition and it a great shower. Very cute decor in the bathroom and the hotel itself. We would stay there again!

The room was small and the bathroom was small, but not enough to deter enjoying a weekly stay. No restaurant on site, but you were right next to all the restaurants so it didn’t matter.

The location was excellent with only a short walk into the centre of town. The hotel is modern and the rooms are well equipped. You have use of the sister hotel across the road which has a full restaurant where the meals are excellent (we had Breakfast and Dinner) and good value.

The room is well equipped for you with a microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, etc but has no table or chairs for you to eat anything, they should remove some of the unnecessary storage units and replace with a table and four chairs, there would be space to do this in both room types we had.

Great location in Banff right near Bear Street which has great bars, cafes and restaurants. Still an easy walk to the main drag, but you don't need to go anywhere else. If you've hired a rental car, it's an easy exit off the Trans Canada Highway, a short drive to Lynx Street and parking is right under the hotel. Laundry facilities downstairs which is handy if you've been on the road for a while! We ended paying to upgrade our initial booking to a loft room with bigger windows and a view. (see comments below)

When booking, research which side of the hotel your room will be located. There are some rooms along the back that look out onto the alley and have small windows - but that may not be an issue for everybody.

What a place! What friendly people!! So, breakfast over the road was 20 seconds away, we were welcomed every morning by reception and the severs. The location could not have been more prefect in regards to catching the bus to Lake Louise, it was 20 yards from the front of the hotel! The La Terrazzo bar was great on a night, a special thanks to Ibon who was did an amazing job serving us on NYE along with bar tenders James and Dmytro who were also brilliant. Also, thanks to Alexe for sorting a billing enquiry out for me (which was totally my fault!) To sum up, I've travelled the world and I can honestly say the hospitality at this place was the best I have ever come across. I can't wait to return! Thanks guys, and well done!

This was our 2nd visit to the hotel, we came back because of the comfort and location. Our room had a fabulous view of the mountains and was cozy and quiet. We arrived 4 hours early with the intention of just dropping off our bags but were allowed early check in as our room was ready for us. The airport shuttle bus to Calgary has a stop opposite in the sister hotel and everything else was a few minutes walk away. Would stay again and recommend to others.
