The hotel was new and clean. The stadium was visible from the window of the room we stayed in. The room also had a green and beautiful view. The bathroom and the furniture in the room were new. There was even disinfectant on the floors. The breakfast was good. The food was very fresh and delicious. The person serving in the restaurant and the reception staff were polite. It is possible to reach the old town from the hotel by walking and passing through a very beautiful park. The surroundings were safe.

The fee charged for parking was excessive. Parking fees should not be charged to people staying at the hotel.

The location is perfect for venues in the area, like BT Arena. Cozy rooms, beautiful bathrooms, great view on higher floors, a super delicious breakfast and a super terrace on the restaurant floor, perfect for summer mornings.

We come here often on venues and the accomodation is perfect, that's why we choose it. This time, they had a power outage and for a few hours in the morning it was very cold in all the rooms. They only said "yeah, we know, we're sorry", but as a 5* i was expecting some compensation or a voucher, for the high room price they have.

Everything was great! Very friendly and polite workers and receptionists. The room was of a very good size, very comfortable beds and pillows. We had a nice range of useful toiletries, including a toothbrush and shaving kit. They offered a really nice breakfast selection, including a separate menu for freshly cooked eggs and sandwiches. We were also offered bowls for food and water for our dog. A huge park across the street came in handy for our morning and evening dog walks.

This hotel never fails to impress me. I stayed there before and I will for sure stay there again. I liked everything, location is great, right by a nice park with large trees and shady walking alleys. It’s got state of the art facilities, super clean rooms, amazingly comfortable bedding, and a must-have delicious hot breakfast that included a variety of coffees, freshly squeezed juices, homemade fruit marmalades, warm bread and croissants, etc. Do not skip breakfast at this hotel. Oh and I almost forgot… staff is nice, helpful, and very professional!

It was our second stay at Radisson Cluj Hotel and they kept the same high quality services starting with check-in experience at the reservation desk up to the breakfast/restaurant services. Beside the very rich buffet they offer an a la carte menu with healthy choices like avo toast and eggs benedict up to ricotta filled pancakes and banana pain perdu, great way to start the day after the New Year party. Also love the Nespresso machine in the room.

In our previous stay the room was noisy however this time we asked for a quiet room and the staff accommodated our request so we could have a good sleep.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is exceptional ! and I'm glad that there is such quality in Cluj. Location is great, the hotel's furnishings and fixtures are of the latest styles, looks, models, etc. Extremely professional and courteous staff ready to help beyond expectations. The hotel is very clean throughout, rooms are not large but sufficient for a comfortable stay, excellent bedding, and an amazing breakfast buffet, one of the best !!! I would stay there just for that amazing breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, when seeing our baby they offered a crib without us even asking for it. Quick check in and check out, delicious breakfast including healthy and good quality products. The cleaning lady was also friendly and polite. Toiletries were good quality.

When stepping out of the hotel in the morning, the view of the garbage from the nearby bar wasn’t lovely at all (not the fault of the hotel, though).

Warmly welcomed by the stuff, check in was easy and effortless. The room, a Junior Suite, was spacious and with a view of the old town. Staff were easy to approach and very helpful. I asked for help for with a dinner reservation at a popular restaurant and Denisa from the front desk did the impossible to get the reservation :) Very impressive! Lovely bar and good quality sushi restaurant on the ground floor.

The hotel is a 20min walk from the city centre and in the January cold, that didn't feel very combortable. Of course, both Uber and Bolt work perfectly in Cluj, so not such a big deal. Breakfast variety could be improved a little. The hotel is embarking an expansion project and it might be a little noisy in the next two years.

The location was great...inside a city park. Our view was of inside the arena across the street along with the distant hills. We could see the tops of trees and the birds within the branches. Breakfast was delicious. We sat outside on the terrace. The room was big with huge windows allowing in plenty of natural light.

The two bathrooms were awkwardly arranged: the doors had to be opened and closed all the way in order to access the toilet.

We chose the hotel for its great location, across the street from the Central Park of Cluj-Napoca. The hotel looks great, modern room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety of food options, however the a la carte menu had absolutely delicious meals (included in the breakfast price). Staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming!

It would be great if the parking would be included as a free service for the hotel guests. You have to pay either a fee per hour or a fixed amount overnight.
