The room was very spacious and the location was good. Front desk staff were friendly. There is a secure paid parking spot but also lots of free parking nearby.

The room was very warm and they wouldn’t turn on air conditioning . We tried opening the windows but that allowed a lot of flies into the room. I understand and support there is a push to save energy but when the room temp reaches mid 20’s or more we expect screens on windows (or air conditioning). In fairness, this isn’t the only hotel we experienced this issue at.

We had a disabled room on the first floor by the lift so no extra walking. We had a beautiful little balcony. Room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, I didn't wake with a stiff neck. Shower was powerful and toiletries were provided. Internet was good. The location was ideal with restaurants and shops within a short walk and the secure parking was essential and much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The access ramp and stairs to the main door were beautifully tiled but they were very slippery when wet. There was a warning notice. The rubber sealing on the bottom of the shower door didn't seal properly so the bathroom floor got very wet. The tv didn't have CNN or BBC channels as advertised. No bar or restaurant although food was available via reception I believe. Just little things that didn't spoil our stay.

Location was good, secure parking, and quiet and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A good breakfast was provided. There were a lot of roadworks going on nearby which made the walk to the centre "interesting" (not the hotel's fault).

We didn't find the bed comfortable. The carpet had a few stains. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on, had to put ours on the door handle rather on the floor. No plugs in the washbasins, just a pretty "grill" making it perilous for cleaning contact lenses (fortunately the paper cup fitted over the grill), or wasting water while doing a wet shave. The shower was covered in calcium deposits so looked unsightly, where everything else was spotless. Had to plug the kettle in on the bedside table next to the telephone as there was no other convenient socket near to the tray providing refreshments.

Location good, staff very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a great shower and plenty of sockets to charge phone etc (lots of hotels don't have many that work). Breakfast good with fresh croissants, all different types!

The wifi did not work at all. We did advise Reception and they tried to sort it but didn't work until next morning and only stayed 1 night. I needed wifi to answer emails

The receptionist went above and beyond on my arrival , I arrived after a long ride from Calais in the rain, she helped order me hot food and had it delivered to reception due to a late night check in. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel on arrival looks impressive to the eye . Lovely place

Nice hotel in central location with free parking available outside. when we had issues with our shower head, they tried to fix it and when they couldn’t, they moved us to a nicer room for the second night. Reception staff very helpful Fresh juice, cheese and eggs to boil good for breakfast

We thought breakfast other than positives mentioned above was a bit ordinary, bacon not very nice, scrambled eggs tasteless and dry, uninteresting bread selection if you don’t like sweet pastries for breakfast

The vicinity around the hotel is a huge positive. So many options etc. The cleanliness of the rooms is superb. Equally the staff on reception are so well versed in all aspects of the hotel and the options for customers in town.

Zilch ! Truly well run hotel with superbly briefed staff and excellent facilities.

The room was beautiful, clean, spacious. Bathroom superb although the spa bath was a bit small. Kitchenette well equipped apart from the lack of bottle opener (ironic as France is the premier place to purchase wine)

Great location, brilliant staff, very clean and comfortable. Just note... many restaurants in Vichy are shut on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and many of the interesting bars only open at the weekend.We stayed in March it may be different in the peak tourist time!

Great location, lovely staff and great spa facilities. Despite the faults I describe below it is a great hotel with dedicated staff. Our room was spacious and the bathrooms fixtures wonderful. Great shower!

Breakfast room is really sad looking. It’s more like a staff cafeteria and there are things that can surely be done to do improve the overall atmosphere. The choice is not great in any category. Some features not well thought out: hot water machines for tea but mugs and teapots don’t fit; cutting cheese is a balancing act. The guests do not need a TV screen in the breakfast room! What’s that about? It is not an airport waiting room. About the room: the carpet should really be retired and replaced, it has served its time and then some. WIFI is annoying and we ended up using our own roaming. It kept switching itself off. Paper cups are ok for takeout coffee not for a hotel room of this status - and price.
