Great breakfast, amazing service. good location near crystal bay, would recommend renting a scooter to get around. staff arranged for pick up from and to harbour. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

The best hotel we've stayed in. Rarely am I awestruck, but when we walked into the hotel, I was amazed at just how beautiful the hotel was. And the view... Wow. The pictures of the hotel don't do it justice. The room was magnificent. The decor was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The pool was perfect and the day beds are a lovely touch. It's simply a wonderful place to spend a day. The food and drinks were great. The service was very quick and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, and really big! We really didn't want to leave and it was the perfect place to spend part of our honeymoon. Overall, we cannot recommend the Atalaya Villas enough and we hope to visit again one day.

The following are not negatives toward the hotel, but just two things to bare in mind. Because the hotel is on an island, the water supply isnt perfect and on occasion it can take a few minutes to kick in when you run the shower or the sink. No big issue really - this happened only twice during a 4 night stay The location is fairly remote and the roads around it are not great, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful in arranging transport, restaurant bookings and even laundry.

-Staff are quick to respond and help via Whatsapp -Staff think 2-3 steps ahead. -Very easy to coordinate transport to and from Banjah Nyuah port w staff -The food cooked by the staff is delicious -Staff struck the right balance of wanting to help while not being too intrusive. -Staff were mindful that we were there for our wedding anniversary; gifted us with a few complimentary things. -The color and design of the place serves the ‘restful getaway’ vibe. We loved the design theme that complimented the view. -Extremely clean facilities

-Nothing comes to mind. If I had to be nitpicky, you could say that a small doorbell for each of the grand suite villas would be helpful for guests to know when staff are at the door.

We LOVED this hotel, which was the best we had in Bali (and we tested 5 different ones): from the welcome drink to the decoration (so beautiful we had to ask them if we could buy it), the staff (really kind and super careful), the services (floating breakfast available for free), the food (we only ate at the hotel during our stay at nusa penida) everything was perfect! If you are looking for a calm, peaceful place, very well decorated and well trained staff, go for it!!! we hope to come back very soon and already miss this place. They also rent scooters which is very convenient.

Beautifully styled and very clean rooms. The villa with private pool we had was just amazing with a big terrace and nice views into the lush green forest. All in all very peaceful. The food and service at the restaurant were always great. Even though the choice was limited we didn’t get bored during our 4 nights stay (we ate there pretty much every day for lunch and/or dinner) and everything we had was super delicious. Within a 5-15 minute walk along the main road there were also a few other very nice local restaurants. There are 3 lovely former street dogs roaming freely within the resort. Another things that might be good to know is that the approaching traffic of DPS airport flies right over the resort at some times.

The drones nearly everyday at any time were just super annoying. Even though the hotel told us it was only allowed at the main pool and restaurant areas (where I still wouldn’t want to be disturbed by the annoying sound) we didn’t feel very private at our villa which was next to the restaurant.

This is a stunning property. It is better than it’s photographs in real life. The rooms are fabulous and feels brand new. They are so well decorated, with excellent attention to detail, spotlessly clean, spacious and every room just a stroll across the grass to the restaurant/bar or the pool! The pool beds were the most comfortable ever and the views are stunning. The food in the restaurant was excellent..we had breakfast lunch and dinner there for two days because we had a full day and a half of torrential rain but we were very comfortable there and because the food was so good we were very happy.

You will need some transport while there but this was our experience with all accommodations in Nusa Penida. The roads are poor so walking anywhere is difficult and the hotels are all a little remote but you won’t want to leave when you come here!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Atalaya Villas. We visited at the beginning of June for our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better place. The room was amazing, the views from the pool were breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the grounds were dreamy. But the best part about this incredible villa was the staff. And I mean it, from the lady at the reception, to the guy that cuts the grass, to the cooks, to the waiters. They all went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel special and have the best experience. We were really happy and our stay exceeded our expectations. We absolutely recommend everyone to stay at these Villas. You will not regret it!!! Actually, our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

We had an amazing time here. We went here for our honeymoon and i think this is definitely one of the best accommodations that you can get in Nusa Penida. Our villa was gorgeous, the staff was very kind and helpful, always ready to help. Breakfast was always served on time and made with quality ingredients. We visited nearby restaurants, but the Atalaya restaurant was by far the best option in the area. Amazing meals made fresh and delicious. The view from the bar and pool area is breathtaking. Just an overall great experience. A special mention for April, the receptionist that welcomed us, we were very impressed by how well she does her job. She is well prepared, organized and attentive, qualities that were associated with a very pleasant, warm and joyful demeanor. We recommend this place wholeheartedly!!!!!

As soon as you walk through the gate, you feel the special ambience that they have created. The rooms are shabby chic, decorated to perfection. It feels like you are living inside of a postcard. The restaurant is also en pointe - all meals were made to perfection. I especially liked the chicken salad and pina coladas and the breakfast smashed avocado and fruit bowl (as well as the coffee). We were really happy that we chose to stay here :)

Electricity outage for 2 hours - but that is to be expected out there. Just chill by the pool while you wait. The love seats are ultra comfy!

really nice villas and amazing infinity pool with spectacular views. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. they were great with communication over what’s app for anything we needed. we were celebrating our 15th anniversary and they put a flower arrangement in our room and did a great floating breakfast for us in the pool one morning.

I would have rated this villa as a 10, except for the restaurant situation. the villa is very remote and there really isn’t anywhere else to go for dinner, so we were stuck eating there all 3 nights of our stay. we are both vegetarian, and unfortunately there were not many entree options for vegetarians, and several of them were not available the days we were there (for example, the tempeh burger was never available, yet every tiny warung anywhere else in Bali seemed to have them). we ended up eating the same few things over and over again. they really need to have a bigger menu of vegetarian options. the food was also pretty overpriced, but what we had was reasonably good.
