When we arrived the requested baby crib was already in the room and the staff had also left a couple of toys for our son - a very nice touch! The hotel is located literally 40m from the tram stop that takes you into town in minutes, and the hotel also provided us with an Innsbruck tourist card that provides free public transport. The secure underground parking directly under the hotel is also free of charge. It's small things like this that make the difference. Would 100% recommend.

Hotel reception were extremely helpful when I had a problem with a broken mobile phone charging cable. Bedroom large, breakfast choice very good. Hotel is a little way from the centre of Innsbruck in a pleasant suburb but that ensured there was no problem parking at the hotel itself. The Kapeller is just a few minutes’ walk from the tram terminus from where a service runs regularly into the city centre - and the hotel provided gratis a pass during the length of our stay to use the tram network at will.

Polite staff who provided useful and accurate information. The breakfast was tasty and very complete. Parking easily reachable outdoors and possibility to park in garage (for 1 night, we just didn't take this advantage though). Hotel easily reachable from highway and not so far away from city center by bus. Room was spacious and there was useful touristic info around the reception. it's a safe and quiet residential area with plenty of green areas. We'd definitely stay once again.

Church nearby, so beware of the bells noise. Just a minor detail for us :)

The building was newly rennovated, rooms were clean and the breakfast was generous! Staff was nice and helpful. There is no kettle in the room but you can take one from lobby.

The hotel was rather far from the city center but they were offering free transportation cards throughout guest's stay. However, as I arrived much later and checked in by myself they forgot to offer me card next morning, and I was offered it only during the last day of my stay, when I didn't need it anymore. The rooms could have been more spacious.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Depending on the number of nights of your stay, they give you a welcome card that allows you to use public transport for free. The room is spacious, clearly above the average. The area around the hotel is very quiet, so light sleepers have nothing to worry about. There is an underground parking garage, perfect for preventing your car from getting covered in snow.

Location is a bit far from city center, although there is public transport (bus and tram stops) nearby. There are also restaurants and shops in the area.

Spacious comfortable room. One of the nicest shower gels I've had in any hotel. Excellent breakfast. Easy on site parking. Quiet location, close to Schloss Castle but be warned it is a steep walk up to it! Although a little out of city centre it is only a 2 min walk to tram stop which provides an easy 10 min ride into the city, plus it was free as the hotel provided a complimentary public transport ticket.

Wi-fi was a little unstable at times.

The staff at this place are great! I was arriving very late because of the cancelled train. The staff left the key for my room in the box with the code outside the entrance even though I couldn't ask them for this favour. Feels great to get indoors during the heavy rain at 11 pm. Very good breakfast is included in price. Room was spacious with great view over the mountains and a church. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The fridge in a room is a big plus. Overall atmosphere in the room is very homie. There's a milk farm next door where you can by fresh milk from the vending machine.

A marvellously spacious room, thoughtfully decorated. A magnificent - and large- bathroom. Such elegant lamps giving of such a calming glow. An amazing view of the mountains and a church spire. And a rich and varied breakfast. What an amazingly comfortable place to return to after each day of standing, walking and climbing in Innsbruck's museums! Do not worry about the fact that it looks far on the map from the station and the centre: the tram is very quick, during the week is super-frequent (and perfectly frequent enough even on Sundays). Don't forget to climb up to Schloss Ambras, just above the hotel.

Excellent overall experience, room very nice and comfortable, good breakfast , 5 min walk to tram terminal, pleasant staff. There was cleaning every day, you cannot find this even in four star hotels nowadays. As a bonus there was a local festival just outside the hotel. As i learned from locals, it happens every two years in the beginning of July.

The shower was not so comfortable due to the ergonomy, also the wifi had interruptions.

Breakfast was excellent, scrambled or poached eggs, beans, bacon, different juices, choice of pastries and healthy grain bread, yogurt, cereals etc... rooms were adequate some had beautiful views of mountains and the church. Best is the tram to downtown was 3 minutes walk and the hotel gives free passes, as well as some reduction of certain activities. Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is close to a big Mall and 13 minutes walk to Ambras castle, great location

I was charged for a double occupancy, even though my friend was a single in a room...and I mentioned it at the beginning of the stay. also the wifi is spotty...
