The place sits extremely well with the pictorious surroundings. The facilities, staff, space everything was perfect. It has a very good and unique concept of self check in. Worth staying in this place.

Parking was paid which was a bit unexpected.

The location was fantastic and the people very helpfull.I strongly reccomend this place for your vacation in case you like walking since is not next to the city center.

There was a heavy smell of vinegar everywhere in the room .We did nt tell anything at the receptionist since it was not a hard blocker for us to stay.We thought maybe they use it for cleanance purposes.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. It was a bit further to walk than we realised.

The property is very good and easy to find. It’s little out of the main central part of city, but very well connected as the bus stop is just in-front of the property. Bus no “K” takes us into town and is quite frequent. The place is clean, check in was a breeze and there’s a lift also. It is a modern property. Our accommodation had comfortable beds, a small balcony, a well functional and equipped kitchen with dish washer and ample crockery/cutlery. The bathroom was large with goof hot water all the time. They also provided a small hamper with few essentials. The automated blinds were very helpful and there’s large windows with ample light in daytime. There’s a large supermarket a few steps away. The neighbourhood is very quiet, good for families, just by the river.

A chimney hood/exhaust would have been more helpful with cooking. Otherwise there’s nothing to complain about.

Compact and has basic needs. Location is also fine.Staff was good and cooperative.

Some of the things which are basic but not fulfilled like 1. Dish washer was working but as it did not have salt and liquid needed to start it was no use. Cannot expect from travellers to bring it correct? may be house keeping was not done properly. Due to this need to wash all dishes manually as were not aware of it earlier. 2. TV was there but it was not connected to internet nor did it have wifi capability. As innsbruck is worldwide know n tourist destination, not everyone would like or able to understand local TV channels. Also TV in bedroom was not connected to local cable.

We were on an overnight stay. Three adults. It was clean and good for a short stay with a small kitchen area. Supply of essentials included. Thank you. The double bed was comfortable. Balcony was welcome. It’s about 15 mins walk to historic centre but choose your route carefully as many rads being dug up and construction work. Léopold Strasse was a good route with cafes and bijou shops. Easy taxi too and from airport at reasonable price.

It was far too hot and we could not turn the heating down. Slept with balcony door open. Lovely river sounds until traffic started at around 6. Third bed converted from a fold down chair was adequate by not very comfortable.

Lovely modern apartment block with a well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom. Self check in meant no staff on site when we arrived, but this was quite straightforward and I’d received instructions in advance. On day two we got back to the room to find 4 food boxes had been delivered for us with bread, cheese, ham and drinks in them which was a really nice surprise.

Slightly further away from amenities than would be ideal, but there were some takeaways roughly 15 mins walk.

Really could use a shelf for toiletries and a few wall hooks or racks in the bathroom. For a 7 day stay, we did not get any service such as replenished towels, soap, shampoo, coffee pods, etc. Kitchen was very skimpy on equipment/utensils. No egg flipper, etc, but did have two good knives and cutting board. Good fridge, dishwasher, tv. Minor complaints but great overall.
