Comfortable and nice hotel, outside of Udine, but close to main roads. Quiet, isolated, however there is a great restaurant nearby. Good choice for one night stay. They provided us a safe parking place for our bicycles in the garage, it's a pitty they additionally charge for it. Second option for bicycles was to lock them in the yard behind the building for free, but that didn't look 100% safe to us, maybe we are super cautious overthinkers :)

Excellent location, very short detour from the highway. Small breakfast buffet, but only noticeable thing missing was scrambled eggs, but surely not a deal breaker. Nice variety of pastries. Quick rotation of plates, there was never an empty spot, from something finishing. Excellent coffee from the barista. Pet friendly accommodation. There were a bowl and pet bed for our puppy in the room. Very polite and accommodating stuff.

Lack of toiletries (shampoo - body shower).

check in at the front desk is quick and efficient, the gentleman at the front desk is friendly and very professional. the breakfast is excellent, the atmosphere is very pleasant thanks to the staff who set up the breakfast.

this is a question for all hotels in the world: the maids struggle to pull the sheets under the mattress (it's too painful for their fingers, I know personally) and then the guests struggle to pull out the sheets, to cover themselves (then the sheets fall apart). why all that?

Hotel is in good location, just few minutes from the highway. That means a bit further to the city center though. There are plenty of parking spots available onsite.

The sound isolation could be better but that's pretty much standard in hotels of this category.

Good small hotel. Private parking with gate. Clean room. Fast internet. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. They have Type 2 charging outlet, however note that output power is limited to 2.6kw per hour.

Please increase output power of your charding station for electric cars. It should give 11kw per hour.

Second stay at this hotel and the last was 2015. In this time it has certainly moved up a level in service, cleanliness and friendliness. Superb room, very comfortable and superbly provided for, even a full shaving kit in the bathroom, which was a blessing. The breakfast was excellent and super friendly staff with great Espressos. The Restuarant/Bar that are part of the hotel was also excellent food and wine with informative and friendly staff, we at there three times during our visit and all was wonderful.

The Wifi was good but seemed to slow down at times, probably when lots of users on the line, not the end of the world.

We were able to keep our touring motorcycle in its own garage for a nominal charge.

Since I have limited walking ability - I book hotels with restaurants - it was closed the evening of our stay. However we were directed to a nearby restaurant - which was very good.

Very nice staff and good breakfast, free parking near the hotel. An interesting bathroom solution with a glass wall, which cannot be clearly seen through, but can cause discomfort when performing certain activities.

Building is modern and clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide choice, and the hotel has a bar as well as a restaurant which offers very good dinners at reasonable price. The hotel is just outside Udine, and a public transport 5 minutes away from hotel takes you to the centre of town in about 10 minutes, also to central train station with connections to Venezia and Trieste (check times at reception, and tickets can be bought from Tobacconist, across the road). Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Car park included.

Quiet spot with great parking. Modern design. Nice staff, good breakfast, great wifi. The simple minimalist design was pleasant and convenient - lights, plugs etc.

The frosted glass bathroom door didn't close properly or stay shut; in a smallish room that's not great... The bathroom fixtures were needing replacing and the whole room needs a coat of paint.
