Every thing I expect from a La Quinta Inn

More communication about explaining they went green and would only clean every 3 days had to ask for clean towels ran out of Kleenex and had full trash cans only when I left did I see the small note card in my key envelope some verbal communication when I check in would have been helpful

We couldn't take advantage of your amenities because we arrived late & were leaving early. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. He ran down the location of pool, ice machine, etc, as well as the hours of breakfast. Also, that coffee was available & the location

It was clean. Pool was COLD for an indoor pool. Lobby neat & tidy.

Poor visibility from Specht St. No sign on building. Needs updates. Move the smoking areas from the entrance or enforce the No Smoking sign, 25 foot from building. Especially staff.

No major complaints, probably just preferences. Pillows were comfy at first but then became really flat after a day use. Again nothing major that changes my rating about this hotel. This hotel is one of the best.

Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The location was easy to get to and the parking was good. My grandson really enjoyed the pool.

I would have like to have another chair in the room so both my son and I would have had a place to sit.

Room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable. the pool great for our grandkids to play in, and the hotel was quiet.

Looks dated in some of its aspects, but okay considering the lower price than the best Western Plus next door. Thought the breakfast could have been better ( no hot chocolate )

I liked the location as it was very convenient to find. Close enough to the city center but far away enough to be peacefully quiet. The staff was great and my kids loved the pool!

The only thingI didn’t agree with was that breakfast ended at 9am. We were on a vacation so we slept in! So we missed it but it is what it is.

Location and comfortable rooms, I like that they are pet friendly and have breakfast in the morning, a good breakfast not danishes and coffee.

The swimming pool and hot tub were not available. As a customer, I was not told about it, until I got there. This was one of the reasons I was staying at this facility.

Was there for family medical, manager should have offered medical discount sooner. Only 1 washing machine for guests? But had connection for 2. No bacon for breakfast, ( I stayed for 7 days) come on you can do better corporate.

Great service workers who made us feel right at home:). Very clean. Excellent breakfast.

This property was loud by the highway, BUT it was so good I would come back any day of the week!:)
