location was ideal, near the event center where my conference was just a short walk away, Bardeney restaurant right next door and the gorgeous walking path by the lake. Comfortable and clean. I'd stay here again.

Breakfast was supposed to be included as stated in my booking, but it was not. Please update your listing to reflect that it does not have free breakfast- you have to pay for it!

Room and location was great. Close to anything we had planned .. Staff were very helpful with all our needs. Would recommend this facility to all my family and friends to stay here in the future.. Great view on the river off the back deck ..

In hotel restaurant had cold food. Could use extra help to clear tables so waitresses have more time with customers !! Get the food out hot, and you are perfect.. Food quality makes the chefs and waitresses job good ! Give the kitchen the time they need to prepare !! You will have more hotel customers eating in your restaurant instead of going out ..

It is super clean, staff is wonderful and a great location.

The hot tub had too much chlorine in it, it burnt my son and husbands eyes and lasted all night with their vision being blurry and they eyes hurting.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean.

We had hoped to extend our room and were told we could pay a half day rate, but there was a bit of confusion. We tried to arrange this the night before, but were told we had to do it with the morning staff the next day. When we with the morning staff, they said it should be with the later staff. We ended up having to book another night stay.

Breakfast was good. Waitstaff was exceptional.

Many hotels have complimentary breakfast. However, the breakfast here was cooked to order and was good.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby on a very comfortable bed. The staff was amazing. Food/restaurants near by were great.

The breakfast was good, not fantastic. There was lots of good fresh fruit. Those with me that ordered food got pretty small portions. The continental breakfast was the best deal. I felt the price of the room was somewhat high, but I wanted a place that felt really clean and high quality. The room and the main area felt great. I loved the sheets and pillows. They were clean, soft sheets and comfortable pillows I slept very soundly. I can't sleep in a dirty room. Everyone was really friendly. I plan on staying there again when I visit Boise.

The amount of food for breakfast was a bit small on the ordering menu. Yet it was good quality. The service from the waitress was excellent. She was very informative and helpful. She was kind as well. The people there are some of the friendliest and most helpful I have met at hotels.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

The property was fairly large so took a little bit to get to the room. But the facilities made up for that.

I liked the omelettes.

We had to pay for breakfast and the pool was closed in the morning so I couldn’t use it before I left.

Every single staff member we had contact with were attentive, friendly and welcoming. Grandkids loved the indoor pool and the breakfast. We loved taking walks on the river which is the biggest reason we stayed there and it was nice to have a good restaurant right next door as well.

The beds were too hard and the pillows were just meh. Better beds better pillows would make a BIG difference. There was no way to keep the door open when you are trying to get your luggage out and the bathroom door would stay open either. The hair dryer has seen better days. It smelled like burnt hair the minute you turn it on. Breakfast was over priced. I didn't like the fact that all the staff had to wear masks in a city that doesn't require them to. I was told that nationwide it is up to the management in the individual hotels. Employees should be able to make their own decisions regarding this.
