The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our check in was at 4 but we called to ask if we could check in early at noon and our room was ready so they let us check in with no extra charges. The AC in our room was broken when we got in and it was completely replaced within 30 minutes of me letting them know. The pool is super cool because it’s round and the hot tub was 10/10. Way more than I expected, for the price. The breakfast was fabulous and they had tons of options. The attendant for breakfast was super sweet and helpful. Will definitely book mark this place for the future!

Nothing in the word "Econo" describes the hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The location was right across the Tanger Outlets. You can literally just cross the street and walk to it. It is close to many restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional. They have bacons! They also have this pancake maker that was so cool! It is something new, in the hotels we stay in, they usually have the waffle makers. They have a great breakfast spread. The place was so clean from the breakfast area, lobby and especially the room. The queen suite has a big refrigerator and a dishwasher! The hotel was pet friendly but I cannot see any sign that there were pets in the rooms. No furs or dog smell. Everything about it was great and to add to that, we had a price decrease on our stay that booking.com gave us back to apply as credit.

I enjoyed mostly everything about the stay and the facilities. I booked here a couple times and the front desk clerk, both times, were friendly. I loved their attitude. My first stay the cook for breakfast was extremely friendly. The cook at my last stay was ok. She wasnt rude. The room itself i love.

I dislike housekeeping knocking on my door before check out. Even ifni ha e a Do not disturb sign housekeeping interrupts my stay. The price of $200 for one day was high. The first time I booked there it wasn't that expensive and I booked on the same day for the same amount of time.

The hot breakfast was great, protein changed daily, family enjoyed. Staff was super and so kind- watched her helping 2 young children. She was so pleasant to everyone and willing to serve and help all- makes for a comfortable pleasing atmosphere.

This was my families first stay at Econo Lodge our expectations were not very high, but it was a wonderful stay. The room was so clean and was just as advertised- that doesn't happen much anymore these days. Staff were helpful- replaced a non working hair dryer in 15 minutes, fresh towels daily, loved seeing staff cleaning grounds, parking lot, mopping hall ways, family friendly and felt safe.

The breakfast was tasty. They had sausage links, eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and the traditional Continental Breakfast. The attendant was very kind, eager to help, and happy to assist in serving breakfast. The staff was friendly. Excellent location. The hotel is across the street from the Tanger outlets and close to OWA. The hot tub was amazing on our first day but it stopped heating on the second day. The pool is nice as well

Staff was so friendly, rooms SO clean (and I'm in the property management business), conveniently located right beside Waffle House, free continental breakfast that had options for vegetarians, and we got to bring our chihuahua!We loved the place and we are used to staying at more expensive places.

There were smoking rooms, something we aren't used to in FL. Sometimes people's cigarette smoke would make it inside the AC units just a little bit. I'm not sure if it was an adjoining smoking room to our non-smoking room but our neighbors just happened to smoke a lot. It was during a hurricane evacuation so they may have also made some understandable exceptions. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. If you have loud kids or babies, please don't bring them for the sake of other guest's sanity, haha.

Breakfast was good its complimentary to anyone who stays. I also like how clean it was and the location is convenant for the beach we normally stay on the beach but this trip we decided to travel and we got to see everything gulf shores and foley have to offer i would rate them a 9.5 to stay with kids i love the fact they have a grill i used it twice dureing my stay and let me tell it can make a good steak!!

Some staff is friendly most actually but you have to pick them on the right day. Im not sure if there over work under paid or overwhelmed sometimes. They can be short with you. But all in all everything worked out great although they should get some one to spray for the nats i had to use the grill to keep them ran off

Location! value !close access to the outlet mall. My room had 2 fridges so if someone needed to have an extended stay they could keep there things cool. The pool was a very good size. And it was round and not square. I really liked that.

It's dog friendly which is good. But I think that if u gonna have your dogs at the hotel patrons should take their dogs out frequently for walks so that they don't get fussy because the walls are not sound proof. I have fur babies so I understand that they will bark .. but being dog friendly is wonderful because people can travel without worrying about the safety and well being of there pets.

Everything was good, very pleasant front of house staff and attentive hard-working jamaican housekeepers. I honestly have no complaints. The location was excellent, and breakfast was well presented . The buffet attendant was very professional, and she definitely kept that busy buffet replenished with items. I will definitely stay here again.

Bathroom odor. Drains probably need to be cleaned. Some bleach and hot water should do the trick.

Walked into an updated exceptionally clean room! Everything looked fresh and new ! Room smelled fresh including linens on bed. The bed was perfect. Not too hard or too soft. Plenty of room in the King room with sleeper sofa. Two refrigerators! Restaurants and stores nearby including Outlet mall across the street. About 25 min to beach ! Would stay here again! If you go to Foley, Alabama be sure to eat at Lambert's Cafe. Good food and good time!
