The hotel is one block from the beach. Our room on the 16th floor had a small balcony and view towards the beach. There are many, many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, laundry places and ATMs within a few easy blocks. But the hotel was still very quiet. We thought the price for the size a quality of our room was very good. Our room was very large and our bed & pillows were terrific. For some odd reason there was no shower curtain. We talked to Sarah and Tracy at the front desk and within 30 minutes a maintenance guy came and took care of it. Sarah also helped us make train reservations and gave helpful advice. Thank you again Sarah. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and with good variety. They’ll cook fresh eggs for you too.

There’s a tiny rooftop infinity pool which you reach by a stairway from 16th floor. The bar was closed. The “gym” was one decrepit treadmill. They advise that there’s a restaurant but it was only open for our breakfast. That was fine because there are so many food options very near.

Loved the location -- close to excellent beaches as well as food sources etc. Breakfasts were terrific as well as all staff during our stay. This is a location we intend to use again in any future visits to Danang

There is nothing that I can think of, except the stairs that we had to climb to get to the check-in lobby. Fortunately staff were always there ready to help with bags etc., but we never found any options to use an elevator to get from street level to the lobby.

Location was great, view was fantastic. The staff (Apple, and Jamie) were fantastic, always happy to help. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Pool was cold (seasonal) but view was fantastic. Can even catch a glimpse of the dragon bridge in the pool. Bed was comfy but pillow a bit too soft for some of us. Overall we were very happy with our stay at the Santa Luxury Hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The Gym was basically just a treadmill and a bike (not quite an expected gym).

everything is good about this property. we got sea facing room in 15th floor. the room was huge and clean. it passes 4 star quality. the bathroom was nice and clean and product they provided was top quality. the breakfast was top quality and having huge spread with all different cuisine. the staffs behavior was nice and polite. they are very much pretty and helpful. I will give special Thanks to the two ladies and one guy in the front desk. one of the staff name was apple. we would recommend this property to everyone visiting danang and in future if we come back to Vietnam we will definitely visit this property. Thank you for everything.

The location. The lovely room. and especially the staff. Warm and friendly. The lady called My in Reception always looked after every query I had with kindness and professionalism. Hang, the Restaurant Captain, made sure all guests in the dining area were satisfied and happy. She made sure my table was always full of delicious food.and this morning made sure a special request for poached eggs (not on the menu) was satisfied. I had intended to stay for two nights but stayed for many more! Room service was top class. Thanks very much.

The reception desk is very friendly and helpful. I’d like to mention a special person. Her name is Min. She makes sure my room is clean upon my request. She puts me on the 15th floor. Awesome! On my way to airport, she make sure that the grab driver send me to the domestic terminal not international. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk of beach.

The breakfast is good but not exceptional. The staff is very nice and cordial.

Close to everything, My Khe beach is only around 100 m, room is clean and comfortable, beautiful view from the top floor with “border less swimming pool “ looks straight to My Khe beach. Morning buffet is quite good with plenty of choices and very good service.

The mini bar fridge could be a bit colder other than that nothing else to mention.

It was a memorable stay for me and my spouse. Specifically receptionist Linh and My give us a really friendly service and go through any questions that we have during the stay. Our location just less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach.

We stay at floor 15 and above us is sky bar so it was a little noise in our floor

Great location near the beach and the restaurant and amazing cafes. I was at first disappointed it wasn't right in front of the beach as I'd thought but it turned up to be great as both the shops and the beach were close by. The infinity pool was just great!!

Breakfast could have a few more western options such as cheese, granola, etc but it did have a lot of viet foods and egg options. One thing thst they have to improve though if the black coffee. Luckily great cafes nearby so i was getting my caffeine fix elsewhere

Not many choices at breakfast, except for Asian food. Lack of gym.
