The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were perfect, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Da Nang. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and there are plenty of great restaurants around. Another plus is the hotel's workspace, which is quiet and comfortable—perfect for getting some work done.

However, the room does not have an iron, and there aren’t many hooks for hanging clothes. But for this price, there’s not much to complain about. Overall, it's a great choice for those looking for a clean, basic, and well-located stay near the beach at a reasonable price.

The two ladies at the reception were very nice. You can park your bike in the garage. The room was very with a nice view, no complaint about that. They also have a Coworking space (Seaview Coworking Space) on 9th floor (last floor), so it was very easy to work from the hotel (note that the Coworking is a separate entity from the hotel). They have a small fruit juice stand in front of the hotel, and it's super cheap. Was getting at least two juices/smoothies per day every day. It is located 200m a, ay from the beach, so very convenient to go to the beach just walking. Lots of massage places and restaurants around the hotel

This hotel is truly an excellent choice when visiting Da Nang! Its location is right by the beach, just a few steps away from the crystal-clear waves. Especially, the hotel is situated in the center, making it convenient for dining and shopping, with everything close by and easy to access. The mini mart next door, open 24/7, makes it very convenient to shop anytime. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to assist, and creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It was a perfect vacation, and I will definitely come back!

The staff was responsive, helpful, and spoke good English. The room we were given at first didn't have a functioning TV, fan, and the light near the door, but the staff offered to move us to a new and better room. Everything was working there. Location was near to the beach, a convenience store and some well-known eateries. They didn't have breakfast in their own hotel, but gave us breakfast vouchers at a restaurant just two shops away from the hotel. The breakfast there was alright. For the price we paid, the hotel was quite clean.

The air conditioning wasn't really cold and the fan wasn't strong enough because Da Nang was quite hot and humid. Bathroom was a little small for us.

Very friendly staff (Anh to name a few) always keen to help (and go beyond). The hotel is 7 min away from the beach (and 2 min away from a commercial street). The building has a coworking space on the last floor (Seaview coworking). Great wifi throughout the hotel (stable for heavy streaming).

The rooms are quite small (at least the one I had). Some rooms face the close building next door (few meters away).

Very good value hotel for a premium budget stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything clean and comfortable. Good location near the beach, shops and restaurants. Especially good hotel for a short stay, or a stay if you're out a lot during the daytime, or on a tight budget but want privacy and decent living conditions. The hotel is a little bit old; some of the fixtures and fittings were dated. I understand it's expensive to renovate hotels, especially after financial difficulty of COVID-19 - so it's not a problem. Everything was fine, despite my minor negative comments :)

Windows were stiff to open/close - might need a quick fix with tools/oil. An extra pillow would be good (had one per person, but we didn't ask reception for more so is our fault really). One basic lamp would be nice in our room (we only had the big ceiling light). Electrical socket near the bedside window didn't work for my foreign adapter (but the other side of bed worked fine). Forgot handsoap in bathroom (so we used shower gel; we didn't tell reception so didn't help ourselves). Privacy net curtain, under the main curtain, would be nice for letting light in.

The location is perfect, on the right side there are tons of nice restaurants, while on the left side you can easily reach the beach. However, if you are planning to go around by bus, please note that the central bus station is far away, almost close to the airport. The room was nice, cleaning service every day. Only half a roll of toilet paper per day. The working space also super nice!

The location was good and there is a sweet cafe next door. The room was clean and they moved me immediately when there was an issue with the electrical key slot and door lock.

Side rooms do not have a net curtain for privacy from the windows next door across the alleyway, so you either have to keep the curtains closed and light on or be fully dressed to have the curtains open.

This hotel is fantastic with an ideal location, just a 3-minute walk to My Khe Beach, near the Dragon Bridge and Han River Bridge, surrounded by delicious restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores. The space is clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly like family. Especially, the working space on the 9th floor with an impressive sea view. I will definitely return when I visit Da Nang!

Great location close to the beach, lots of restaurants in the adjacent st. There is a good coworking space on the top floor. Clean, quiet and spacious room with lots of natural light and a nice view. The bed was large and comfy. Great water pressure and clean bathroom.

The room wasn't very dark at night or in the morning, nothing an eye mask can't fix though.
