I should have stayed 2 more nights, didn't want to leave

The location is pretty good, only a few minutes drive to downtown Charleston....the king-size beds are super confortable and the rooms where nice and clean, I don't see how anyone could have had any complaints about this place. Will definitely stay again

a better selection in the pantry, and if you are going to sell cereal why not have single pint size milk available for sale? The lady even looked in the kitchen and they were out so I had to drive to a store at 2am to get the milk, after driving 14hrs to get there. I know this sounds petty but late at night after a long drive all you want to do is eat something and sleep

The breakfast was terrible. A continental breakfast at any hotel is typically free of charge. The one morning that I went down there and had breakfast everything was mediocre at best. No bacon cold eggs. I realize later that the tiny little piece of paper that you get when you check in tells you that there's a charge for the breakfast. Many of the people who were sitting in the dining area were surprised to get a bill. I think it should be posted that there's a charge for this breakfast. I think the bartender his name was Nathan. I know that he was a Duke fan. He was wonderful. Had a great personality. Made me feel welcome at the bar

Such a limited menu at the grill. And the smell in the elevators was overwhelming. So my biggest complaint was the overall food selection.

The location was perfect if you were looking to visit all the downtown spots without paying downtown prices for lodging. Well kept property and friendly staff

The only thing I would rate negatively was the breakfast, I don’t mind having to pay for breakfast but it was your average continental hotel breakfast so felt like if breakfast is not going to be included in the price, there should at least be more options and better quality.

The bartender Friday night was exceptional, I loved the Hennessy Margarita 🍹 he made. Forgot his name, but he had the best playlist, and we sang Karaoke until closing. The room was nice and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept in one day. I just wish there was an EV charging station at the hotel. I will be back!

N/A everything was perfect

Location and proximity to Folly Beach and downtown was perfect. Easy to get from hotel to all areas of interest. The hotel was clean, facilities were great and even though it was a million degrees outside, the outdoor fireplace table was nice ambiance. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. We definitely would stay there again. Really enjoyed the stay.

Someone parked in front in the loading area next to the shuttle and blocked the check in driveway so we had to park in back and go all the way around with luggage to the front. They stayed there for a long time. Blocked traffic trying to check in right at the entrance to the hotel. People were lining up to the street in front of the hotel. Staff couldn't find the owner of the Silver SUV. Also, we could not see the river from our room so don't expect a river view or river front.

We liked that there was a bar and some food on premises. Loved the bathroom, comfortable beds, decor, closeness to center of Charleston w nice view of the drive.

Would of liked a menu in the room. Book with restaurant recommendations/ deliveries , channels, etc and map of surroundings. Water bottles and more coffee pods would of been nice in the room.

Clean, friendly staff, room up to date and modernized, free shuttle service.

Only thing I can say that caught me off guard in our King Suite there was no shower door on the glass shower it was just open, so I couldn’t enjoy a steamy shower 🚿 But definitely not a deal breaker I would definitely stay there again.

We didn't have breakfast but great location to Charleston. We actually preferred this location rather than staying in the city. Having the pool was great and housekeeping staff kept the place neat and tidy. Michael was the best part - we will never forget taking the [free] shuttle with him into the city.

There wasn't much we didn't like. Hotel had everything you could ever want. I would mark the customer service from the desk staff as the only area where there is room for improvement.

The bldg was very nice. Easy access and good parking. Bed was comfy and the TV fine. Decor was modern and staff was friendly.

The room had a wad of gum on the windowsill and a jellybean on the floor that housekeeping missed every day. The breakfast buffet was cold and they kept running out of things to eat. The shuttle driver drove like a maniac in traffic. The most annoying situation occurred when the housekeeper left our room door ajar all day while we were out. Staff was sweet but incompetent.
