We liked the facilities and the room was spacious and very quiet, noise didn’t carry at all! Also made use of the spa facilities which were wonderful, great value and next to a huge pool! We also loved how friendly all the staff were and the options at breakfast which were so vast!

Very good breakfast buffet and the staff were super helpful from the moment we checked in. Big rooms with AC u can regulate from your bed! The gym is equipped with all you need for a holiday workout and take a dip in the indoor pool afterwards.

1. All staff are very friendly and always helpful whenever needed 2. Room is big enough, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, pillow are comfortable, the main thing is room always clean. 3. Breakfast are amazing with many option and some local taste made me feel like home 4. Price is acceptable

1. Location, it is a little bit hard to find with google map 2. The hotel is in front of main street and without any sidewalk to cross to other side 3. i missed the merdeka walk foodcourt

Very friendly and professional staff. They helped us with everything and even more than we asked. One of the best breakfast that we have on our trips. I work as a waitress in 5⭐ hotel so I know how to recognize a good and professional atmosphere. If you book room in this hotel,you don't have to go out. Everything you need they have. Save yourself from stress and stay in the hotel for lunch or dinner. In Lounge bar the prices are more than acceptable. The only complaint is that the pool bar and the restaurant near pool don't work.

We loved everything out there. Especially the hospitality, the swimming pool, hospitality of the staffs and everything else.

Just on the apartment side, it will be great if they have a microwave ovens and it could have been very helpful.

Stayed at Grand City Hall Medan comfy room, jacuzzi best gila, breakfast pun sedap! Dekat mall & senang dapat Grab. Recommended! ✅

clean and spacious room, advance toileteries set, awesome breakfast, good wifi coverage in room, friendly staff.

small swimming pool (distracted by picture in the website which look wider), bad coverage wifi in lobby, no nearby attraction/place to eat (merdeka walk which was used to be just infront of the hotel)

Lovely facilities. very modern and comfortable. Staff very friendly and manager resolved our initial transfer hiccup with aplomb

i think only upgrade needed is double glazing of windows especially given the mayor ordained parties on Sundays

First time stay here, it was satisfied with everything. Will coming back soon here with my friends haha
