The grounds were immaculate and The employees were the best ever! Always ready to help, always pleasant, always happy! The food is exquisite delicious and fresh!! The Concierge go out of their way to make sure you are well cared for!! We had no idea what to expect from this Marriott and feel like we stayed at a five-star place! Literally!

The property was super beautiful overall with amazing views and very nice rooms. The pool set up was one of the best I have seen at a nice resort and there was ample space no matter what your age was.

The pool tiles were popping up all over the bottom which we were picking up with our feet. Someone desperately needs to re-tile the adult pool and the cool pool. Also, there wasn’t really a cool pool. It was the same temp as all the rest of them. The check in process took a looooooong time.

The staff was so friendly the property is clean the food is delicious.

We had several things broken in our room that we called three times and were never fixed despite repeated requests. Also the maids would forget to replace cups when cleaning the room.

The hotel is gorgeous, the food is fantastic and the staff just amazing! Everyone was making sure your needs were fulfill and that you felt like happy and relaxed. Mariana, Rodrigo, Miguel, Sara, Tadeo and Abel, are just Fantastic!!!!!

Not sure why, but it was impossible to reach he front desk; they never picked up the phone so it was annoying that we needed to walk all the way there to request something or ask a question, and once you got there, you see 3 or 4 people just sitting there. The other one is that prices at the spa are extremely high, even higher than some US spas. They charge like USD 70.00 for a basic manicure and their massages were super expensive too.

I enjoyed my breakfast

The food was excellent. The resort is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing. We had a great time.

I would have like to have known about the deposit requirements prior to my stay. But maybe I missed that somewhere in the details.
