Absolutely fantastic! The whole set up was just great.... Lovely location, lovely old building with charm, evidence in the public area that it had been visited many times over the years by locals and travellers..... Obviously popular! The room we stayed in was a wonderful surprise, very spacious, really clean, brilliant shower room, good decor and facilities but above all the staff were really welcoming, friendly and polite.

Nothing! That's why my son and myself commented Ten out of ten in the visitor's book. On reflection, would not hesitate to stay there again!

A proper traditional English pub. A little dated pub decor but the, atmosphere and genuine service and attitude, najs up fid that, excellent. Food, a limited selection but cooked fresh and to a high standard, the cote de boeuf, would take pride of place at any top restaurant!! Room 4, spacious, just refurbished and well appointed. The pub is dog friendy. The staff genuinely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast good. Thank you Manor Inn. Nigel & Carmel.

Shower a little slow but a minor point!!

Our room was large and bright with double aspect windows. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothes etc.All as clean as you would expect. The food was very good. Although not as extensive menu as you might find in one of the larger pub chains, there was a good choice and what was on offer definitely didn’t disappoint! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was great.

My least favourite thing about the Manor Inn was the car park. It has quite a steep slope so might not suit everyone.

Staff were super friendly on arrival, great sized room and bathroom. Free Wifi. Comfortable beds. Exceptional Breakfast. We didn't eat at the Manor Inn the evening of arrival, but if the breakfast was anything to go by, I expect the food would have been lovely too! Good selection on Beers etc on tap and a proper pub with some character / history. Will definitely be back on the next visit down to Brixham.

Great location, lovely friendly atmosphere, terrific breakfast so opted for an equally terrific evening meal. Our room was spot on, lovely and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The decor was beautiful. Honestly can't fault a single thing. Loved it, so plan to stay again in the near future!!

I liked it all so i have no negative comments to make. Wished my stay would have been longer!

The staff were exceptional; nothing was too much trouble. The room ( no 4 ) was larger than expected and was immaculate as was the shower room and toilet. Heating came on when we needed it. Breakfast was excellent and prepared to order. We were paying a short visit to a school nearby which was within walking distance.

Nothing really, a shelf in the bathroom on which to place items would have made it perfect

Anita was extremelly helpful and we could get our key early, so that we go on and make the most of our day. Location is easy to reach, well postsigned on the road. We had parking on site. Room was clean, good amenities kettle coffee tea etc. Breakfast was excellent. Nice and easy dog walks / walks within reach. Within short distance of Dartmouth, Kingswere and many other interesting places. We are planning to return to the area in September and will most certainly book it again.

A Happy Stay with my friend and I. Friendly and helpful staff both while using the Pub in the evening and 'Excellent Service and Breakfast' in the morning. No noise from the pub below in both our rooms, and the rooms were super warm and cozy for staying in March. No problem with parking. Lovely location and old pub feel. Takes me back in time.

Beautiful old pub in a wonderful location. Our room was massive, had no problem setting up our dog crate and plenty of storage space. Staff were great, the place is very dog friendly. Food was good in the evening and the breakfast was excellent and red hot on a warmed plate. We were also spoiled with the weather.

Can't really fault the place, we had a fantastic time.

Decent size room with nice bathroom. Good Breakfast. Cereal then cooked. Very nice. Rooms are upstairs from the pub but on the level of the carpark. So, friendly tip: check in and get your key first then get your luggage.
