What can I say about Beecroft Lodge...? AMAZING little place to stay and we will definitely be going back. On arrival we were welcomed into the lounge by Vicky where we chatted a little about our journey, the area and met adorable Milo who gave us a welcoming fuss :) Our keys were on the bed so we didn't have that awkward 'showing around the room' tour, just allowed to settle in at our own pace. The room itself was lovely with a feeling of home but super clean and tidy. I have NEVER seen a bathroom in any hotel or B&B as clean as this one which is saying something as I have a cleaning business so am hyper alert to cleanliness when staying in a property. The bed was very comfortable and there were lovely fluffy towels to use rather than the starched cardboard types you usually find. The whole property was clean and tidy and had a classic décor with original period features left in tact which is refreshing. Breakfast was a welcome treat with pastries, cereals, hot breakfast, juices, coffee and tea. Extra toast was available without the usual limits which was nice but the bacon and sausage was superb. No cheap items, chunky bacon and dense, meaty sausages so always had a full tummy. Scott and Vicky are lovely, welcoming and friendly hosts without being overly familiar and couldn't do enough to keep us comfortable during our stay. We could not find one thing that wasn't to an excellent standard and we wish every host was as passionate and caring about the service they provide. Thank you so much and we will see you again soon! Booked this accommodation at fairly short notice, but WOW! did I fall on my feet! The room was super clean, comfortable and lots of wardrobe and drawer space plus sockets for phone charger and laptop. En suite shower room was great (looked like brand new) . 1200 wide shower (standard is 900 wide) nice powerful flow and easy to regulate. Hostess Vicky is amazing, nothing too much trouble and very friendly. Breakfast was second to none, and I've stayed in some very good hotels. Tried the full English, and eggs benedict. Both simply delicious. Scott makes home made jams... TRY THEM! They are "next level" quality. Guess where I would stay next time I'm in Paignton...

We were made to feel welcome from start to finish. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the cute little bottle of milk in the fridge was lovely. The breakfast was amazing freshly cooked piping hot and top quality produce. The homemade jam was absolutely beautiful. Vic gave us a good tip on getting a day rider for our trip to Brixham and Torquay which made our day stress free nothing was to much trouble and we will definitely be returning again and recommending to friends and family.

Great meet and greet by Vicky. Also both Scott and Vicky made us feel so very welcome and could not do enough for us during our stay. The bedroom was so very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed and bedding, very well laid out room. Bathroom was also exceptional and spotless. Fantastic choice of breakfast freshly made by Scott Very comfortable guest lounge and brilliant Honesty Bar. Would thoroughly recommend this place and we can't wait to go back. An exceptional property run by perfect hosts.

Absolutely nothing. Scott and Vicky went "above and beyond" to look after us. Made to feel so very much at home.

Exceptional all round stay. Host is amazing with no request too much trouble. Spotlessly clean throughout. Food is varied, plentiful and top notch. Guests are greeted on arrival and given a short welcome with hints and tips of places to visit and local eateries which i have never had at any holiday property before. A lovely touch adding to the overall excellent stay!!

There is nothing to dislike!! Beecroft is situated halfway up a hill which may cause issues for some who have health issues but it is still well worth overlooking this if you are able.

We stayed for 4 nights from august 8th to the 12th and the service attention to detail and warmth from the owners vicky and scott goes above and beyond! Nothing was to much trouble and you can tell that they both take pride in running a little gem! In the current financial climate they have got the balance just right! Keep doing things the way they are and you will always be busy!

Beecroft is a fantastic b&b only a few minutes walk from the centre of Paignton. It is owned by 2 of the friendliest people and their 2 adorable little dogs. The rooms are spacious ensuites with large comfortable beds, comfy seating in a bay window and a fridge. They cook the most amazing breakfasts including baked eggs or salmon as well as cereals and toast. We loved our second stay here and look forward to visiting again.

Great location, short walk to seafront and train station. Friendly, welcoming, down to earth hosts and really comfortable spacious room with great nights sleep. Outstanding breakfast - I can recommend the scrambled eggs on sourdough toast ☺️ Smart tv so you can login to your personal Netflix etc for watching a film once settled in for the evening!

Very little to raise as a negative tbh, plug sockets a little awkward to get to and bit of light let in early mornings which might bother some - but nothing that spoiled my stay (I always take an eye mask!) Would 100% stay again 🙏🏻

Everything was lovely, big comfortable bed, good shower, we were room 7, asked for a bigger fan and it was there when we got back, excellent breakfast, vicky is such a lovely warm lady made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, asked for crispy bacon i got crispy bacon 😃there really is nothing i can fault and would highly recommend

Fact can leave car there all week and use public transport... Breakfasts were exceptional a real treat.. Property was clean and felt cared for..Hosts very nice and made a real effort to make the stay enjoyable..Just a short walk to town to all the amenities.. a fridge in the room was helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but just only the WiFi signal was weak..
