Good food selection for breakfast. The room, very clean and bright, good size shower/bath with the essential soaps etc. Tea/coffee available. Information booklet was a nice touch, which had all the details you need for your stay. Only saw Hayley on arrival but she was amazing and explained everything, all the staff were friendly. Paignton Court is a short walk from the seafront, town centre, bus/train. They have a bar and you can get an evening meal, which we didn't get a chance however other guest have said it was good. Plenty of free parking. I would highly recommend this B&B - thank you!

nothing really, my only niggle was I struggled slightly to get desired temperature as the shower wasn't a mixer tap but once I got the hang of it it was good. this is only an observation not a dislike.

To be perfectly honest, the first breakfast we went to the dinning room, both our words were WOW, it’s like the Jewel in the crown, very modern, absolutely spotless, food was gorgeous and very well presented Hayley & Paul are two of the nicest people you could wish to meat and rest of the staff ever so nice, we have stayed in many guest houses, hotels etc in Paignton over the past 40 years this is defiantly now our number one

The only thing we could have done better was, we should have booked a longer stay

Immaculately clean and very well presented, the owners have created a warm and friendly welcoming. Everything works because it’s run efficiently and always friendly with the guest in mind at all times

Really hard to find anything wrong with this wonderful hotel, but the touch on/off lamp on the bedside locker was very sensitive

Superb breakfast with plenty of choice. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and well decorated. The single room I stayed in was very spacious. Having the opportunity to buy an evening meal was good and the food was lovely.

No improvement needed - everything excellent.

Food was excellent and the hotel was very clean. I was in Devon visiting family so the location of the hotel was perfect. Local area was what you would expect from a seaside resort, some parts more pleasant than others. Good beach for children and plenty of play facilities.

Lovely place to stay- clean comfortable room and made to feel welcome by Paul, Hayley and staff. Good location for all requirements Nothing is too much trouble and after our days out when we returned to the bar they were great company along with other guests who we were lucky enough to meet and had lots of laughs with which made our holiday special - Thank you -would highly recommend this proprerty

There was plenty to eat for breakfast and they were happy to cater for me with my gluten free diet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and at the same time the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. We also appreciated the fact that it was very quiet, despite the fact there were other guests staying at the same time.

Well worth a stay, staff were very friendly and lovely couldn’t do enough for you, great value for money, beautiful full English breakfast with extras, aswel as continental if desired…the room was very comfy,plenty of tea and coffee with t.v. If needed.

Very clean facilities and beds. That's my main requirement and I had absolutely no issues. They also very kindly let me keep my bags on premises for a while after check out since I had a few hours between check out and my train.

Note that there is no lift, so unless you're in a ground floor room you'll have to climb up stairs. The dining room is down a stairwell as well. Would've been fine if I hadn't injured my knee during the trip :)

Everything about the hotel was top rate, Paul and Hayley were very welcoming, friendly and informative. I booked after reading the reviews of this place and wasn't disappointed. Even the other guests were friendly to us, most were on a return holiday and some book every year. I will definitely be booking again.♥️
