Breakfast was excellent. Quite an assortment but I was cheated on 1st day. The reception staff were really friendly & helpful and gsve me some extra time cos I had so much personal stuff to sort. They were very understanding. Big problem is the time. It's only from 7am to 9am. This is too early for tourists / holiday people especially 1 day after New Year eve when I didn't sleep. Big problem is the time for the breakfast. It's only from 7am to 9am. This is too early for tourists / holiday people especially 1 day after New Year eve when I didn't sleep. Sadly the chunky lady with the short red hair was very rude to me when I arrived at 9am and was taking things away from right under me. Gave the whole hotel & experience a very sour vibe /feeling I'm sorry to say. I nearly didn't stay another night then decided to cos Szeged is a lovely place and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was not so easy to find either, it's in residential area outside town. I had to get help/directions few times.

It is close to the center of the city, very easy to go around on foot, easy to find, peaceful part of the city, close to the river. Staff was exceptionally kind and professional, all kudos to the receptionists, they were kind enough to point out routes around the city, and hotel is really flexible about the parking on the facility. Breakfast was hearty, plentiful and lots of food choices. Very clean room, very cosy. It is a great value for money.

Everything was fine. Professional and kind stuff. Enough food was served and it was always refilled/added if it was necessary. Due to cold weather, only indoor part of the restaurant was in function, but it was enough space for all guests during breakfast. Additional heating was on disposal (air conditioner) if necessary. Good beds and quite hotel place for nice sleep. It was close to Sunshine Aquapolis Szeged (just a few minute walk), what was our main destination for this weekend. There were enough parking places for all guests, at the moment.

We chose this hotel to rest during our journey. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, and the rooms were clean.

However, at breakfast, my 10-year-old daughter wanted to take a yogurt with her to eat on the go. A staff member in the breakfast area rudely took the yogurt away from her, even though I was standing right next to her. When another guest came by and took a yogurt, it went unchallenged. This behavior left me with a negative impression of your hotel's staff.

Breakfast is a buffet and it's always the same, but there are a lot of dishes. Scrambled eggs, breadcrumbs, hot dogs, dried meat, cheese, boiled eggs, musli... The room is clean, it got shampoo, and toilet accessories. It was warm in side the rooms. It is a 5 minutes walk from aquapark. If we come again in Segedin we will be in this hotel because it has everything from good rooms, good position for aqua park and city center and breakfast included.

Everything was good no complaints, maybe just to put one extra towel only for hands. We all had towels just for body and a flor towel for legs for exiting the cabin.

This is amazing hotel. I really want to let other know how clean, cozy and amazing this hotel is. Internet is very good. Breakfast is eggs, some meat, vegetables, coffee, juice and you can put how much you want. Room was so clean and it had terrace, TV and air condition. Free parking in front of hotel. People speak English. Check in was quick and possible since 14 am.

Quite location, 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Very clean room, comfortable bed with fresh bedding. Good choice of meats,cheeses,salad at breakfast. Small maintenance niggle in room but reported it on first day and it was fixed. Feels like there's a steady upgrade to the rooms in progress It's a little gem, would definitely stay here again.

Nothing was wrong with it.

Hotel has god location, very close to Aquapolis. There are parking spots in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious. Breakfast is good. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. There is game room in the hotel where you can play billiard, darts, airhokey. Wifi is excellent.

I got all I needed. Considering price it is a good option for the short stay. I am not sure if it is the upside but the elevator made a noticeable jump at the end of each ride. It felt like a trampoline at the competitions, it's because the "sport hotel" I guess.

The handle of the bathroom's door was kinda broken.

we were traveling from Netherlands to Turkey by car and had to make a night stop in Szeged urgently because we couldn’t go any longer without sleep, this hotel was the first hotel that showed up because we needed to park the car closely. it was the best choice because you can park for free right at the door of the hotel. the lady working there that checked us in was very nice and polite too. the room we had was for 3 people and it was very clean and comfortable. the hotel itself is on a great location because there was no sounds at night time, very calm and relaxing to catch up on sleep. thank you very much for the short hours we were there but we enjoyed a lot and the sleep was amazing.
