This was our second stay. From 2023 to 2024 it has been renovated and looks great. I mean in 2023 we thought it was great but now it is amazing. The location is great b/c you can easily take tram or bus to the city and beach. I would say what makes this place a must stay is the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. I was able to know them by name. Really thank you for a great stay. Note: I also worked during my stay and it was a awesome to use the study room with monitor.

We did cook and the stove, although functional, can use an upgrade but not an immediate must.

Breakfast was pretty elaborate and very structured and clean. The spread was good. Also the exrended hours of 7-11 am did not make us feel rushed. Hotel staff was excellent and very cooperative including husekeeping. Even though we did not speak the language, they were were kind and eager to help. Overall an excellent experience. Also, proximity to the outlet mall, restaurant options and convenience store made it all the more appealing.

We stayed for 5 days with our 9-month-old baby and everything was excellent. The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located near public transport stops. The staff were welcoming, attentive, kind, and always helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff were really helpful and truly accommodating. The size of the room and facilities were perfect for our stay. Brilliant location with a great little cafe next door.

Unfortunately there was a smell which we couldn't locate then realised the cleaners must have missed changing the bin in the kitchen cupboard area (had a lump of cheese in it) small oversight though

Very clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to tram and bus links. 10 mins walk to outlet mall.

Very small double bed, but it was comfortable. Very basic breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and extremely nice and attentive. Breakfast delicious. One of the cleanest accommodations (and I have traveled and seen a lot). I am so glad we chose this accommodation. It exceeded expectations. Plus, they also have a great and convenient co-work and fast wifi.

The room was well equipped and clean. There is a nice bathroom with a toilet. The hotel is located close to the bus and tram stop. The staff was really helpful and willing.

The only problem was that almost nobody in the hotel spoke English, so we had to communicate with the help of Google translator.

The employees were exceptional - it was obvious that they truly cared for the welfare of their guests. The breakfast was also amazing, particularly for the price!

A bit noisy at night with children running up and down til well past midnight. Otherwise a lack of charging points. Only one point in the bathroom (not ideal!) unless you unplugged the microwave or the bedside light!
