Lovely staff, lovely place. I chose it because it was the cheapest option with a private bathroom I could find in Pratteln - turns out it was a good choice. The lady at the check in was very nice and helpful. The place is beautiful, with gorgeous flowers at the windows outside. The hallway going to the room looks pretty and cozy. The room was wonderful - clean, practical and tastefully decorated. There's a safe deposit box, a mini fridge if you need to store fruit or something, a cosmetic mirror in the bathroom. The WiFi was excellent and you had the possibility to charge your devices via USB or power outlet right next to the bed. There's a busy street outside, but the window does a good job of keeping the noise out when you close it. It's pretty close to the Z7, which is very convenient if you want to see a concert there. Pretty close to a couple of stores. There's also some kind of chocolate factory nearby, so the air in the area smells like chocolate at times (tip: there's nice chocolate at a very good price to be found at the factory store). Maybe not the best location for other purposes like sightseeing though.

There was an extra tax of 7 CHF I didn't know about in advance, though it remained still the cheapest option even with that and the stay was otherwise excellent, so whatever. Would have still preferred to have known in advance.

Only issue i thought was price of the breakfast. I know things in switzerland are more expensive but 18CHF for two croissants a soft roll and smallmplate of cold meat (which is £16 approx) seems very steep

Excellent hotel. Very clean, big, and comfortable rooms, huge bathroom, and a great breakfast. Plus, the staff was very kind, present and supportive. Definitely great value!

The position is somewhat far away from the town, even if there's a bus stop in front of the hotel. But this is just a small nitpick: it is an excellent place.

Very nice staff, they are super helpful and friendly. room was spacious and clean with comfy bed. free parking.

If there is a party and you need to sleep early, it might not be the best place. for me it wasnt an issue but just something to take in consideration.

Spacious apartment and comfortable beds, well located near the motorway and not far from central Pratteln

The sofas were quite grubby and the shower head could do with being updated

This is a dreadful place, a restaurant far from anything with five tiny horrid rooms upstairs above the noise and kareoke of the restaurant. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel - we had booked paid for two single rooms and have not had a penny back in refund! Find somewhere else to stay.
