Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Nice location.

Microwave and refrigerator are not included. You pay $10/night to have refrigerator in the room. For Microwave, they have one unit inside their office where the receptionist warms your food for you and you can't even see the Microwave. I had to ask her to warm multiple times as I don't know the power and size of the unit. Quite strange practice. Beds were smaller than actual queen size.

We visited during the Black Hills Rally so the hotel was super busy but very accommodating especially with parking! They had a large area roped off for the bikes but tried to accommodate all of the trailers as well. The rooms were nice and comfortable and all of the staff was super nice. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel every morning. They offered a buffet but we ordered off the menu and it came super quick. Ate in the bar one night but this hotel is conveniently located so you can walk to about any restaurant you want downtown. They had mexican, italian and more. I think we tried them all. I hope we can eat at the restaurant in the hotel next time. It was only open on the weekend due to staffing issues.

I honestly can't think of anything that needed improvement. Front desk was nice and helpful. We were able to get a mini fridge delivered to our room which was super helpful to have cold drinks in the room.

Highly recommended to stay in the City of the Presidents. In the heart of downtown where you can meet all those statues of Presidents. Walking distance to restaurants and saloons. Cozy room. Airport shuttlee is provided with a fee. Restaurant and bar on the ground floor serves breakfast and dinner. Great breakfast but it is not included.

The room was nice and the beds were quite comfortable. It is right downtown in Rapid City which is very convenient. The breakfast is paid but ultimately pretty reasonably affordable and good.

They admit this, but being downtown, the hotel is LOUD at night, especially on weekends. Also there was no microwave or fridge which was disappointing.

Room was nicely furnished. I really liked the chair next to the bed - very comfortable for reading. I also really liked the blinds on the windows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle.

Noise from the street/ club - I was on the third floor. Also bathroom was dated as was the wallpaper and wall art in the room. Would have been nice if hair conditioner was also provided. Also unwanted noise from the adjoining room...

The staff were friendly. We brought 3 large dogs with us, and the staff didn't mind and enjoyed them. They were helpful when we needed a pack n play crib for our baby as well. They brought it up to our room promptly.

I wish there was a better potty place for dogs. Maybe there was on the back side of the building, and I never knew? I saw multiple dogs at the hotel, but we had to walk them across the parking lot to a small strip of grass. Not a big deal, but could have been better.

Location is fantastic. Front desk was very helpful. Downtown was great - plenty of restaurants after a day of riding and sightseeing. Would stay here again.

When we checked in- we asked if a refrigerator was in the room. They said one was available but $10 per day. Huh? Pay $10 per day for a fridge? When we got to the room ( 10 minutes later- we saw one was already in the room). When I asked about this - they said they called to have one in our room when we checked in. Huh? Within 10 minutes, someone stopped what thy were doing and found a fridge and plugged it in within 10 minutes of me entering the lobby? Sounded a bit strange to me, but we needed the fridge. We were riding two motorcycles and had water vests ( keep us cool in the summer) while riding - and wanted them to be cold when ready to ride each day.

Great room, loved the different pillow choices (soft to firm), and its central location. Very friendly staff.

The room window was not insulated well; it did not protect against winds/cold temps (when the wind blew, it gusted in the room, too). Thin window also didn't shield against road noise outside. We came in the winter, so that's why it stood out. In other seasons, it would probably be totally fine. 😊

Clean, nice especially for the price. Pet friendly without a crazy cleaning fee. Has a 220w outlet for EVs. Was able to use the adapter my tesla mobile charger came with. Started my day with 100% battery. Really makes a difference when you don't have to hit a charger first thing in the morning and you can just get on the road.

Pet friendly room was on the 3rd floor, turns out my heeler mix does not like elevators 😂

We loved the whole ambiance of this hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable especially the bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant every morning for breakfast. Very courteous and helpful staff.
